“I purchased a beautiful sofa/sleeper set from this furniture store during Covid, and I have to say that their customer service is exceptional. Not only did they help me pick out the perfect furniture for my home, but they also provided top-notch after-sales service over 2 years after my purchase! Recently I noticed a small issue with one of the straps used to pull out the bed on my sofa. I called the store to see if they could help me. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Colleen, one of the owners, responded and how eager she was to assist me. She listened carefully to my concerns and was able to send out a technician to my home within a few days of receiving the replacement part from the Sofa manufacturer. The technicians who came to my home were friendly and professional, and they were able to fix the issue with my straps in no time. They took the time to explain what they were doing and to answer any questions that I had. I was very impressed by their expertise and attention to detail. At this time we noticed that there was some movement in the bed when fully stretched out. The technician Adel, took a video and showed it to Lao, another owner, to see what was needed to fix the issue. Lao then determined it was a faulty mechanism and ordered the parts needed to fix this issue.It was a complex mechanism that controlled the opening and closing of the sleeper section, and so when the parts were received by Fairhaven Furniture, the same technician, Adel came and spent over 2 hours to replace the faulty mechanism.Overall, I have to say that this furniture store's after-sales customer service is outstanding. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality furniture and exceptional customer service. “I found this place on Yelp after I picked up a "free" chaise lounge. It is perfect for bedroom and photography prop. I knew I couldn't just take home because the item was heavy as heck and if I took home I would put off and procrastinate. Wilson is centrally located on Washington ave north haven. Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. Chair is absolutely a transformation. Comfortable and I can't wait to use as a prop. Love the oatmeal color I chose.”

“A really excellent store for Home Decor. A marriage between Christmas Tree Shops and Home Goods. The store is on the expensive side, but the quality does seem to be there so I don't mind paying for a good quality product.The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. I will also say that the Supervisor Karen is fantastic. We had a product that was not ringing up at the correct price (the bar code was not registering the discount) and Karen took care of the entire problem for us. In other stores, you would have been told "tough". It was nice to see that this error was corrected.I will be back. Overall, a great store, with great people working in it; but on the expensive side.”

“Review is for the drive up pickup. Ordered a few cases of soft drinks with a sale on the target cartwheel promo. Used the app to checkin that I was on my way and when arrived about 7:50pm clicked that I was there and in a spot. My order was ready for my pickup within 2 minutes. Significant improvement from prior drive-up pickups at the same location. Can't beat the convenience of not having to drag kiddos into the store and avoiding the impulse purchases! Curbside pickup is a budget saver!”
