“I needed a space to store my 16’ cargo trailer and the Wallingford CubeSmart had many options. I reserved a spot on line and received a call back from Kent shortly after making the reservation. He was friendly and told me they had plenty of “back-in” spaces. I went to the facility and was greeted by Kent and Penny. The office was neat and clean and welcoming.Penny asked me to confirm what my needs were and when I would need a space. I explained what I needed and when. Penny took the time and showed me several spaces around the facility and one was ideal. She held the space for me until I could get my trailer to their storage facility.When I arrived back, Penny again greeted me with a smile and was ready to help me with all the particulars. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She processed all my paperwork quickly and efficiently, all my information was entered correctly, she guided me through the electronic paperwork process, showing me where to sign and initial. She gave me paper copies of all the information, she made sure I had my account number, she got me set up on the CubeSmart app, she got me set up on auto pay. It was all a breeze because of Penny.And, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.Customer service is important to me. “Father and Son handled our move from a 3-bedroom house in East Haven to a 3-bedroom in Middletown. They were incredibly professional and helpful during this process, and did quick work even though we had two full truckloads worth of stuff to move. They took great care with our belongings. They were gracious even when we asked to move couches and dressers after their initial placement in the new house. Moving from one house to another is stressful for so many reasons, but we did not have to stress about getting our stuff from one place to the next because Father and Son Moving managed that so professionally. “I'm a bit late in writing this, but sometimes life gets in the way when we want to get something done! After a recommendation from a close friend of mine regarding Augliera, I hired them to move me from my home in Connecticut to my new home in North Carolina. Many Connecticut movers will not go beyond state lines, but Augliera had a good reputation for that so I hired them. They were professional at all times. Came to my house the day before the move to pack everything that was going to be going into the van, came back the next day and loaded everything onto their truck, and began the journey to North Carolina. I left the following day and because it's an out-of-state trip they like to combine other moves along the way which makes sense so I left the next day for My 11 hour journey to North Carolina and they arrived three days later as promised with all of my belongings and they were precisely on time which was 8 AM. My belongings were all moved professionally and neatly placed where I wanted them and probably within two hours they had finished. At all times, everyone was professional, helpful. & guided me when I had questions as I had never done this before, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them for your moving needs..

“My daughters back window lock mechanism broke on her Jeep Liberty. Jeep dealership told her $500 to fix it without really looking at it and so I started looking for other options. I reached out to Two Cousins based on some reviews and got Rich who told me to have her bring it in. He was working hard on another project and he stopped, worked on her lock for 10 minutes and fixed it!!! He didn't charge my daughter and was so respectful and kind with her. This kind of customer service is almost non existent these days. I couldn't be happier with Two Cousins and their talented knowledgeable and friendly staff! THANK YOU!!!”
