Absolutely terrible business and they could care less about their customers. And before anyone says it’s a business and they’re in it to make money, there is a difference in running a business and absolutely gouging your customers. They should be embarrassed for their bourbon price gouging. Anyone who is a bourbon collector/drinker knows what decent prices are. If you go in any of their stores they have literally the finest selection of hard to get bottles and anyone with a brain realizes when you have that many bottles on the shelves, no one is stupid enough to pay the prices they’re asking. There are bottles in their stores that I have recently purchased for $55 (Weller 12yr) and they are asking $299. Stagg is a $70-80 bottle and they’re asking $400. And shame on the distributors as well for sending them all these allocated bottles and allowing them to price gouge the way they are. CT should start state pricing similar to NH.
