“Great experience!!!!
Jo Ann had models to explain the items that pertained to my service
Many people that I know also I services. Everyone pleased with the quality of work and the honesty with which they recommend services”
“Guilford Texaco service advisor Dream Shrader provided me one of best service I have ever experienced. She agreed to do the emission test for me when I arrived only a few minutes before closing. She was kind, warm and professional. I am a new customer and because of her, I will come back if I need more work done for my car.”
“As a single mother, it feels good to have a reliable and affordable mechanic and Javi and George are truly the best! Javi takes the time, no matter how busy he is, to address any concerns or needs with my car. He is always professional and does a thorough job. George and Javi work together to create an environment that is welcoming and trusting. They do not overcharge or add unnecessary repairs. I have been going for over 6 years and I am truly satisfied with their service.”
“Brian and James were fantastic to work with. They took their time, explained everything, and patiently answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that they were honest and did not push any repairs or services that weren't absolutely needed.
I would not hesitate to use them in the future for my auto repair needs. Highly recommended!”
“Warren Smith is the best, He is the go too guy when it comes to car care. Very friendly and honest. Fair prices. Affordable Transmission on Foxon in East Haven.”
“I called Elm City Auto Wrecking On April 27th 2023 spoke with Brian to get a quote on selling our Vw Passat and on top of him being polite and professional he came back with a Very reasonable cash offer that I agreed to and had a immediate service to pick up the car and the driver came with in an hour to flat bed it away.I would highly recommend Elm City to anyone that wants a reasonable offer and not a ridiculous low ball offer just be sure you Catalytic Converter is intact on your vehicle and you should be good to go.”
