My experience with this company was awesome . The customer service was super friendly. The person I worked with she has been with this company for 24 years she was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. We test drove the Acura MDX a 2020 . We laughed and talk the whole ride and shared many stories . The vehicle was beautiful and made me fall in love with it . I will be working and purchasing my SUV from them . I brought my mom along and she enjoyed her experience as well . I gave them a 5 star because as soon as I step into the build someone was there to greet us and took us to our sales representative. No long wait or line it was quick simple and very nice .

Had my first experience with Executive Acura service and I would like to recognize Thanh Nguyen in service, Manny in the parts department and sales manager Brandon. Brandon is knowledgeable and will help any way he can if requests are reasonable. Great service from the service department. What I look for in a service related business is that they do what is promised and keep me updated. These guys do just that. It’s one thing to buy a car and another to find a place that will make their customers feel appreciated and address your concerns. Great service and follow-up from Thanh and Manny, with no hassle. Very good first experience with Executive service and parts departments.

A year ago i manifested in getting a 2020 MDX. Wanted black but then months ago i test drove a used dark grey one from a used car dealership in Watertown. Test drove and didn’t like it. Waited months later and after my car accident i searched high and low. Spoke on the phone with sara the online rep over at Acura by Executive and set an appointment to come same day. I dealt with salesman Jonathan Escoto, and Austin. Who got me the best interest rate, and got me in the car i longed for within 2days! The service, professionalism and environment was beyond expected. I would buy my next vehicle from here. #AcuraIsFamily

The service here is SOLID. I bought my car from here in 2018 and after the first service, I had a hard time taking it anywhere else. I live fairly close so they have been incredibly accommodating with giving me a ride home and picking me up when my car is ready. The last time I got service done, I got a text message with a link to a video overview directly from the technician working on my car, who walked me through their inspection and the work they are doing. It's such a great idea and I hope they keep doing it. They've washed my car after every service and even cleaned up my garbage inside and put it in a bag for me. The staff here are just some of the nicest people around, from Sales to Service. Just great people doing right by their customers here!

I love taking my 2016 MDX to this location. Michael is always so pleasant and informative about my vehicle.Honestly anyone that I have come in contact with are very nice.The waiting area is always clean, stocked with snacks, coffee and water. I slays have a pleasant experience here. I would definitely recommend this service team.

I brought my car in for a routine. Check up plus I also had a very difficult project of my sunroof visor being repaired and I must say the staff there. Especially, Mike Heath were so accommodating & professional. And they did an incredible job repairing it. This is why I have been an Acura customer for over 10yrs. Acura by Executive is a "A+" Thank you Mike & the service crew. You did it again.

I had a great experience here and will def be a repeat customer. They got me the exact car I wanted on the same day for a great price. This is one of the few dealerships that are doing things the right way. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have to shout out JoAnn who was amazing.

I have been a longtime customer of Acura by Executive. I am on my 3 rd Acura purchase because I trusted the dealer and its service, until recently. My husband took my Acura MDX for an oil change and tire rotation. At that time the left rear tire rim was scratched and needed service. But i was waiting to schedule an appointment to fix the rim after i returned from a business trip. After the oil and tire rotation service was allegedly completed, my husband checked the tires and he noticed that the damaged rim was still on the left rear. The tires had not been rotated but they had charged $50 for the service. When my husband addressed this matter, they immediately apologized and gave him the oil change for free. Although they did good for the customer, the integrity of the dealership was compromised and the trust broken due to the employees’ actions. I do not write this to degrade Executive, but to make them aware so that they can take action in correcting these matters in a timely manner.

I usually go to Acura of Milford to get all my service done but apparently they don’t do loaners. So I called Acura by executive and they said of course we have loaners. The lady I spoke to was super nice and gave me all the info I needed, when I got there I spoke to Paul the service manager , his customer service was excellent and he got me in and out pretty fast with my loaner. When I picked up my car the next day everything was great. Acura by executive just gained another customer due to the great staff they have.
