Like others stated, I had the same bad experience. Not great services here. You think they're cool and the more you stay there the more interested in their own gossip and what's on their cell phones than the customer needs. I found this behavior so unprofessional I won't return. Literally talking to the sales person who's not responding to my questions while he looks at his own texts.

Tiffani has helped me a few times in the universal Dr north haven store but today she went beyond and helped me with a major issue I was having by an error of AT&Ts online customer service. She is the best!

Update: tried to switch back to tmobile and ATT does not allow you to switch until you have been with them for 60 days. ANOTHER LIE told when we signed up. I specifically asked about this and was told "no, we do not do that. You can switch at any time".Edit: changing my review. After waiting in the store for 4 hours to switch to ATT, we received the bill and instead of $35, it was $92. A $35 activation fee they never told us about is one thing, but they lied about the price and now need to go back and waste another day. Not sure why my bill is close to triple what was quoted.Do not fall for ATT.Additionally, Tmobile does indeed have better and faster cell service.Freddie was great. All employees were. But we were aggravated we were here for over 3 hours to transfer phones from tmobile. Between issues with both these companies we wasted my entire Sunday.Also - be prepared for every phone number you have ever known (let alone had). They fail the verification process for not remember an uncle's number from 10 years ago.

Went into the corporate store to set up a new line and get a new Iphone 15pro. Unfortunately, I found out on my first bill that they signed me up for Tier 3 insurance and the StepUp program (an extra $25/mo), against my request to have no add-ons. I had to call corporate AT&T to get my bill fixed. Check you bill.

Place is great with tons of great selections. If you need a new service; new phone or upgrade, make sure to speak w/ Anthony the rep. He is very polite, professional and very knowledgeable about their products and services. Plus he makes it all easy to understand and can answer any and all question!! Definitely will be coming back here for all of our cellular service needs.

I'm usually an online shopper, but my family and I decided to stop by the AT&T store to upgrade our phones. Kyle greeted us right away. He was personable and knowledgeable, making this store visit a great experience! I would recommend folks to ask for Kyle when shopping in the North Haven location.

I'll give this store two stars because some employees were extremely helpful (Idris especially and Anthony), however the whole experience was ruined by another employee (Freddie) who tried "helping" me first. You would think trading-in a phone should be simple? Wrong- everything went wrong. Freddie not only ordered the wrong color of the phone (which required me waiting for the wrong one to arrive, then returning it and ordering a new one) but also changed my plan because his tablet was glitching while he was placing a trade-in order. Did he change the plan back? You guessed it - he didn't, and I only realized this when I was hit with a $182 bill that should have been $120... This was the worst ATT experience I have had in the last 10 years I have been a customer. It required me going to the store 4 times and I still have to call billing department because I should not be paying for someone else's screw up.

Signed up for AT&T at BJ’s and was given prices and the service we were going to get and everything was not there. The price was higher than what they told us and we couldn’t get anything straightened out, so went to AT&T store and within a half hour the agent straighten out our problem Got a surprise that was caught it and make sure everything was OK. Be happier.

Idris Westbrook was able to solve our phone issues with just replacing our SIM cards. He was honest and did not push an upgrade to fix our problems. I will definitely go back to the North Haven store and deal with Idris for upgrading in the future. Very happy with this store and a MUCH better experience I previously had an another nearby store.
