I have been to B&N North Haven on many occasions over the years and have often found the staff to be distant and less than responsive however on my last 3-4 visits over the past 6 months I have noticed a remarkable improvement in the staffs customer service. Thank You.

Barnes and Noble continues to be wonderful from the wide selection of beautiful books, Lego, and assorted goodies, to the cafe. I am so happy that this company continues to endure despite the myriad of online vendors. Thank you B&N. Keep on keeping on!

My favorite barnes & noble growing up. Visited again recently and I’m so glad to see everything is still the same. Love coming here to read books and grab a drink from Starbucks.
