Frozen food choices have really decreased, prices have shot way up, not enough coupons anymore. Even the new $25 yearly fee is not enough to make up for this.

Rewards have not been applied to purchases as stated within the credit agreement. After four calls and three months waiting the issue is still unresolved. Promises with no resolution. Scam? I am just asking for the money that is owed to me.

Love shopping at BJs, hope food sample stations come back soon. Sadly, when it comes to loading digital coupons on to card using the website, out of the four stores I shop at, BJs is the slowest annoying website. Fasting to just cut coupons from the pamphlets
