“My car got broken into and the rear passenger window got smashed. Called Segui Brothers who had great customer service - they helped set me up for an appointment to come to me in North Branford to replace the window. Jonathan and Angel from Segui Brothers came to replace my window - both were very courteous and very quick in the repair! They did a phenomenal job at a fantastic price - definitely recommend them to anyone needing glass windows replaced on their car! Thank you.”

The one of the fixed porch doors cracked and shuttered, still stayed in place, but they came on such a short notice and taped the glass for a few days. After only 3 days, they came and installed the new glass door although it seemed to be a complicated job. “What's a Safelite?? As long as I live in New England I'll use Payless and refer any and everyone to them as well. John is the gentleman I spoke with every time I called there. He was polite and knowledgeable, and kept me updated all throughout the process. Nate is the gentleman that actually came to my job in Wtby to fix my window. He Didn't know me from a hole in the wall but I felt as if he treated me like I was family. He reassured me that everything would be good as new and he proved it. He gleaned the glass shards from every nook and cranny of my car, showed me what he did to the window, and tested everything. Thank you so much, NATE & JOHN!!”
