“The evening manager is very friendly this Dollar tree is always stopped I always come to Dollar tree for my shopping spree. District manager -you guys need to provide AC for your employees it’s too hot for them to be working in these conditions I find that very inhumane”

I love family dollar and dollar tree but this is above and beyond + great prices for things. The store also doesn’t have super stuffy air like some similar places do. Knickknacks near checkout are very cute and again good quality for what it is. Obsessed with the off brand ‘Crock jibbits’, just as good quality. Store is generally clean.”

“I am equidistant to this location and another one but I do prefer shopping at the one in Prospect. They have a good selection of food and goods. I use their app to load coupons and then just plug in my phone # at the register. The line usually isn't very long but even when it is it does move quickly which makes it easy if you just need to run in for one or two items. The sales people are helpful.”
“I went to the Dollar General during the Corona Viruses epidemic.. l was lucky to find toilet paper , lysol wipes and hand sanitizer.. the staff was friendly and helpful. Also they had tape on the floor to assure people were 6ft apart. I will definitely go back”

I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of items they offered, spanning from groceries to household essentials, toiletries, accessories for hair, and much more. The sheer variety made it an enjoyable browsing experience, and I found myself exploring aisle after aisle.

“One of the best DT I have visited. It did not have a fridge but I know that most DT with fridges struggle to maintain them. The store had a lot of school supplies and also party supplies which is ideal for the holidays.”

“This is GREAT!We live in the neighborhood and when they expanded the Family Dollar and attached the dollar tree was amazing. A very clean and big space with tons of options.This is literally a convenient store.-Food: You CANNOT find fruit and vegetables BUT you can find milk, pizza, eggs, French fries, milkshakes, yogurts,etc,. in the huge fridge.-Rest of the things? You can find EVERYTHING.- Medicines: I found some LESS expensive than at CVs.- Prices: a little bit more expensive in some products, but for me worth it because I don’t need to drive! You save time which it’s more important.Staff: very friendly and attentive.Very happy!”
“This review is for latoya, who's a manager and fredy who works at the front desk.. I had the pleasure of dealing with both of them today 8-12-26. They both, we're extremely helpful. They made it a pleasure to shop there. I wish I could say everywhere I go. I have that same experience. It's just not true, Latoya and Freddie made it a wonderful experience. And I hope that get recognized by upper management for a job. Well done I will keep ongoing there because of them. There are many other dollar stores around. “I’ve been to many Dollar Trees in the area. They are usually the same.Close out products and lots of their own brand items.The past 2 years I have noticed that they are selling SOME Holiday decor items comparable to Michaels and Hobby Lobby for a fraction of the cost (usually $1.25 - although in some in some of the posher communities they have small sections called Dollar Tree Plus of which items can cost up to $5).The store in Cheshire is definitely one of the cleaner stores and the cashier there are severely overworked.Each and EVERY time I go there, they only have one cashier with the line 6-15 deep with her going on the overhead speaker between customers saying “Back up” with a pleading and hopeful look on her face.The ladies (sorry boys I have never seen a male at this location…probably accounts for the tidiness of the location) all seem to be very helpful - but as l mentioned the employees who work the register are visibly frustrated.Now that I live in Cheshire, I will probably not be going to the other locations as much…My opinion of the other local stores-Wallingford - 4/5North Haven - 4/5Hamden - 2/5Meriden 2/5”
“Listen I’ve been shopping a lot of dollar trees lately since my mom moved in with me and for some reason they always only have 1 cashier….. today we had the best cashier (Johnathan) he was fast and friendly which says a lot for the dollar tree. Keep Johnathan he is great!!!”
