Cannot recommend. My daughter has a Nissan Versa with a known transmission problem. Nissan has mailed me information regarding recall and extended warranty coverage. The transmission is not working properly. This service department could not find the problem but charged me $250 evaluate the car. The transmission is still acting up and is the same as when I brought it in. I would recommend you find a different Nissan repair shop.

Called last week about a Jeep Wrangler was told it was sold …then told it wasn’t. Asked for photos and got a snarky email in return from sales manager as well as never getting the photos. Called that Friday to ask manager more questions and was told to hold while he got answers and he left me on hold for 15 minutes. Was prepared to purchase car was even pre approved walking into it all ready to sign it was a Jeep I had been looking for. Hung up after waiting and waiting and today , a week later I get a call telling me they didn’t send me the pictures bc the car was not sold but given to someone and the girl that called me told me her manager the one who sent me the snarky email told her not to send the photos….plenty of Jeep dealers in CT thanks but no thanks
