Great customer service everytime by Jason. I fully trust the mechanics at the dealership. My 2013 was leaking oil from 2 differents spots from the engine. There was quite some work done but it was a quick turnaround and its running great!

I had a great experience with the service at this location. After having a warning pop up on my jeep, Ty Hubbard from service was so informative and great! He made my experience great and I really appreciated the pick up and drop off service they offer here as well. My car was fixed and taken care of and I’m glad I know where I can go for my jeeps needs. I would definitely recommend this place and Ty to anyone!

My 2020 Rogue recently received routine maintenance service at Executive Nissan. We were greeted promptly by Tyler Leopizzo upon entering the service area. Tyler assisted us with signing up for a service plan special offers by Nissan and explained all specifics of the service plan. My Rogue was ready for pickup within 2 hours. Tyler also greeted when we returned to pick up my Rogue.

I had a terrible experience at this particular location. The “Jeep” name in itself is of high quality and pristine…unfortunately, I was disappointed. I personally have wanted a Jeep for as long as I can remember. When I arrived at this location I was greeted by Francisco, not politely I might add. This alone made me not want to continue this process. I have never met a more self-entitled human being. He was completely rude and not welcoming. We proceeded to speak about my needs and Francisco made inappropriate jokes during our conversation. Never mind, the side conversations he was having with his co-workers. I ended up leaving totally disappointed and now I’m reconsidering Jeep at all.

The worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of. The sales woman was very nice, but not the most knowledgeable and the location was not competent. My experience started off with a sales associate setting up and appointment I let them know I only had 40ish minutes because I had to get to an appointment. I was assured this was not a problem and they would have the car I was interested pulled up for me. I pull in the car is not up front and there is no one on the sales floor. I had to text the sales assistant to get assistance. I was then show a vehicle and asked about specific features and was told the car had them (when it infact didn’t). I left the dealership to think it over and I researched online and found a vehicle on their site that met all of my needs. I spoke to the sales representative and she told me the vehicle would be in within a day or two. A few hours later I received a call from the sales manager telling me they didn’t have that vehicle in stock, but they had it in another color. I let him know that was fine I preferred that color. He told me he would send me the sticker and work the numbers and give me a call back. 6 hours later, no photo and no call. I left a message for a return call. That call went unanswered from the manager! Next day the sales representative reached out and I inquired about the vehicle and she informed me the vehicle I showed wouldn’t be available for a week and a half (after being told 1-2 days) and she advised there wasn’t a vehicle in stock in another color like her manager told me. I asked her to check the lot and let me know if they had any vehicles matching what I am looking for she said to give her 10 mins and it was over an hour.As a manager of customer service the experience was by far the worst customer service I have received in a long time. A sales representative and manager should be knowledgeable, responsible, and professional. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had another fantastic experience at Executive Jeep for my vehicle's maintenance. Gary was very helpful from the time I arrived, greeting me and going over everything to updating me along the way on the status of my vehicle and then reviewing everything with me afterwards.

Took my car in to hv work done on it told the rep that I hv Mopar maximum warranty & to please check to see if work being done is covered. He quickly returned & said he put in a code for the work & it came back that is was not covered. I still had the work done & paid in full out of my pocket, when I got a minute I called Mopar & explained what happened & Mopar ASSURED me that the work that was done is covered under the maximum plan that I have . Mopar said the dealership Is supposed to call Mopar & get the code to b inputted. I returned several days later to the dealership and explained this to the rep that took care of me, the rep once again stated that what I had done to my car was not covered. He brought over his supervisor and his supervisor said he had never heard of this and he had been working there for 17 years and that the person or the rep at Mopar must’ve been new. I decided to leave the dealership at this time because some people tend to think they know everything & in life u can learn something new everyday!! I left because they didn’t want to hear what I had to say & they didn’t hv an open mind to what I was saying & what I knew were the facts!! I decided to let Mopar deal with the dealership. I emailed Mopar the dealerships representative’s direct number. The sad thing is is that they did not believe me and I know what my Mopar maximum warranty says. I read it thoroughly and I comprehend what I read with that being said, I was then advised by Mopar that a check in the amount of over $800 would be Deposited into my account because the part that the Nissan/jeep Dealership said was not covered was covered and they put in the correct code that Mopar gave them but it’s sad when you have to deal with that type of attitude of they are always right when they’re not!!unhappy customer !!!!

Visit went well. I had no problems. Customer care service was great. He brought an issue I had to get done ever since to my attention. I didn't even realize my tires were bad.

My guy kept me updated the entire way through. The work took longer than I expected due to the fact that the shop I bought the car from had done such a botch job on the car interchanging parts that were VIN specific. But executive Jeep definitely came through for me, they got my car figured out and tried their hardest to not charge me any more than necessary.

Called for a price on a simple flush and fill transmission price. Unscrew drain plug drain fluid. Squirt a little fresh fluid into transmission to flush and then refill with new fluid. 1/2 hour job if that. Dude tells me it all has to be done with a computer and it's gonna cost 550 dollars. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF

My car came in for an oil change but ended up needing a recall fixed. Jason worked diligently to have my car done as fast as possible. It was ready in the same day instead of the initial estimate of two days! I was beyond happy with my service with Jason per usual.
