FedEx Hold at Location lets packages be redirected for pickup at Walgreens. Staff is calm, patient, and efficient. A clerk helped with printing and a fax machine, showing step by step setup. The self-serve copying project works with beautiful clarity. Other people's shipping problems are solved with kindness and speed, and the clerk rescued the day in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service makes this the nicest FedEx Office.
Once again Britney was there to help me ship my package. I always have an issue printing at home. When I'm ready to give up she's there to help. Can not say enough about her patience and attitude. Top notch. Thank you Britney.

This FedEx it's ok but on Washington Ave north Haven it's the worst I did sent couple shoes to Mexico two months didn't arrived yet and I paid $ 360 dollar s no good customer service ☺️
