Amazing experience today! First time there ever and I was wildly impressed. Today is January 23, 2025 and I visited the store around 1 PM. The woman behind the counter greeted me the second I walked in. She helped me send a PDF for printing. Finished the job in 5 minutes and helped me with trimming my printing on the cutting machine. The entire time I was there she had 5 or 6 customers walk in and everyone was greeted with a smile and a hello. Everyone left happy and praising her for a great experience. After 8 years of doing print jobs at Staples I am now a FedEx customer. Well done FedEx! Thank you.

not actually open when they say they are. Have been here twice and they simply are just closed even though it lists being open for at least a few more hours.

Unprofessional, low IQ staff. Made me wait to ask a simple question if they take photos, only to find out they dont. When i said excuse me I have a quick question. The guy made me wait so computers could reboot! Not sure how the two things are related. Not to mention the guy had closed the store and had left a note 'will be back at 4.15'. The store hours do not mention a recess!! Dressed dirty and unprofessional.

There was a young women at the store who really helped me when my package arrived during a family emergency. I had ordered the item over a year ago and did not know when it would arrive. She held my package for a couple of days longer and made sure that I got it.She communicated with me and was really pleasant. I am so grateful for her attention and care. Nicest Fedex Office I've ever been to! Staff is calm, patient, and efficient. I had a big self-serve copying project that I then needed some add-ons for. The self-serve system for printing directly from a file works with beautiful clarity. While I was there, the lone clerk got tons of other people's problems (mostly shipping) solved with kindness and speed, then she rescued my day in under 10 minutes.
