“My uncle, who was a Navy veteran, passed away a few days ago. I called Plumb Farms & spoke with Tom to order an arrangement for his services. I mentioned to him I found this gorgeous military cross on his website that I would like to order. He said no problem with a small fee the arrangement could be delivered since it was out of area. When I noticed the stunning arrangement at my uncle’s service, this brought tears to my eyes. My family & I were extremely pleased to see how beautifully designed the military cross for our uncle turned out. Never had I seen a floral arrangement look exquisitely like the website photo. Tom, thank you from our hearts for such a lovely stunning arrangement.”

“Family owned and been in Cheshire for decades. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of native flora there is hearty and beautiful. Prices are great. They also carry garden decor, seeds, lawn-care items (mulch, fertilizer , etc.), tools, gifts, and they have a floral department. Recently purchased a young weeping Ruby Redbud Tree and they delivered and planted it. Complete with stake and mulch too. Always a great experience with their team.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the ambience of this Stop & Shop. The store is very clean, well-stocked, fully staffed, and they even played great music that seemed to put everyone in a happy, dancing mood.The layout of the store made everything easy to find and access. Nothing on my list was out of stock. The selection of fruits, vegetables and meats, offered a wide variety of sizes and prices. My favorite area is always the florist, and Wallingford did not disappoint. It included almost a whole wall full of beautiful arrangements. Kudos to the management for providing such a pleasurable shopping experience!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this florist. After an issue with a sympathy arrangement ordered through 1-800-Flowers, I contacted her directly and she went above and beyond to make it right. The replacement was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had hoped to send.
Please support your local small businesses and order directly from them whenever you can. Unfortunately, third-party companies take a portion of what you pay, so the local florist isn’t receiving the full amount you’re spending. After this experience, I will absolutely be ordering directly from this florist in the future.”
“Always great selections of bouquets, ranging from mostly $8.99 to $24.99. Can't go wrong with the $12 seasonal mix, it changes throughout the year but honestly these flowers last for SO long. Great for quick gifts, every day living, housewarmings and really any occasion. The only better one I can think of is Whole Foods but that's way out of the way in Simsbury! I'm also not aware of any mom and pop shops either.”
“I had a great experience here and am surprised to hear others did not. After reading the reviews, you might skip this place but you honestly should not. The owner is kind and patient and he put together a lovely bouquet in just a few minutes for my daughter’s graduation. I didn’t even call ahead, I just stopped in and he made it absolutely perfectly and within my budget. I was very happy with the service and the kindness of the owner. This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend. Also, the owner mentioned that many of the negative reviews have to do with online sites showing a photoshopped images of flowers that customers expect theirs to look identical to. Those in the floral space know that that is not possible.”
