“Such a hidden gem! A friend and I stopped in after kayaking to get iced cream. They have so many flavors of ice cream and it was delicious. We then went into the store and were surprised to see how extensive a collection they have of wonderful gifts. I grew up nearby and had no idea this incredible place was nearby. “Adorable little shop with home goods and a handful of souvenirs if you were here to look at the Thimble Islands. Today the shop was manned by a couple of sweet young girls. I was thinking about getting a t-shirt and wasn't quite sure if it fit me. No fitting room, but a couple of hours later I tried it on and it didn't quite fit, so they happily took it back and refunded it on my card.”

“So much fun wandering through this little shop. You walk in and it's so beautifully laid out and smells wonderful to boot. There's a mix of antique stuff, flea market finds and home goods that are new but made to look old. Jewelry, old postcards, clothing, paintings, they have them all here. Prices were quite reasonable.”

“I always find the perfect card or gift at this Hallmark store and I am always greeted by an employee right when I enter the store. One time, I needed to get a card right into the mail and an employee allowed me to use their counter to write my card so that I could put it right into the mailbox just outside the store. Prices are a bit high but they send lots of coupons by email and you can combine coupons for your purchases. They have a great selection of cards for any occasion.”

“I most recently went to The Paper Store to get my ears pierced! I had been wanting a third hole in both ear lobes and noticed the ear piercing sign in the window a few times so I thought I’d give it a try. I brought my 6 year old daughter with me in case she was interested in also getting her ears pierced. Maggie helped me out this particular afternoon and she made the experience so positive and fun. She was thorough in explaining the process as well as the piercing after care. She also helped make my daughter feel included and helpful. I picked out earrings, we each got lollipops and overall it was fun and nearly pain free, to my pleasant surprise. I highly recommend them and if I decide on a fourth piercing I’d definitely go back!”
