However, when I did finally find someone to assist, their customer service was very good, especially the young lady working in the fabric dept. Thry helped someone like me who knows nothing about arts and crafts or fabric.”

Claire is always incredibly helpful, and you can really tell she has a genuine passion for what she does. She goes out of her way to answer questions, make recommendations, and help track things down. Like even called stores to verify stock and was down on her literal knees to fix a printer so a personal more knowledgeable about a topic could answer questions
Cedric and Naomi have helped us many times as well, from teaching us different card games to working on building and supporting local gaming communities. You don’t always see that level of involvement and enthusiasm at a chain store

“They might be closed now. Has always been a great store to get art stuff cheaper than elsewhere. Used to have. 50% off coupon for one item. So you could get everything for half price by shopping correctly. See if they still have the 50% before buying anything!”
