“Went yesterday for my first time, needed a new battery for my rc, well he didn't have any batteries with the same connector, so he opened up a new rc car box, grabbed the battery out of it, got a connector that fit the new battery, and used my old battery to make me an adapter for that style connector (which is more popular style connector) great experience overall, fun banter, great prices, excellent craftsmanship on the adaptor he made for me.
Definitely earned a lifelong customer. Thank you”

“Only reason didnt give the full 5 stars is their sale sign can be a little misleading and when asked about why I didnt receive the sale thay was mentioned onw of the other cashiers said its the tele coming up I noticed a paper on register with the smae sale as the sign posted for the item I received and it said the date now the other cashier seemed like she was being bothered with it because I asked it just seemed a little misleading so who wouldnt ask other than that everyone was friendly and helpful store was clean as well and somw good prices”

“The last bastion of in person craft shopping... I used to go to Jo-ann all the time, but when they closed, I started coming to this Michaels. The prices on most items are unexpectedly reasonable, but the seasonal items, such as Halloween decorations, are ungodly expensive. This doesn't bother me because I'm not there for holiday shopping, but it does seem a little insane to me. Other than that, it seems like their fabric section is being expanded very slowly. I would really like to see this continue and especially would like to see some high quality faux fur added to the fabric sections. This type of item is getting incredibly hard to find in brick and mortar stores. They do carry upholstery foam, similar to the green stuff from Jo-ann, which is something I often shop for.
I would definitely give this place 5 stars if they update the fabric selection.”

“Going to let my member ship expire. Original got a membership to by pokemon cards for myself and 4 year old daughter. But I could by cards cheaper from a local scalper then the price gamestop is selling the cards for. The company is destroying the hobby. I was going to pre order the entire 30th anniversary set. But not after the six hundred dollar price for the 30th anniversary upc. How are families going to afford that? Gamestop please bring prices back down so families can actually enjoy going to the store. Scalpers like gamestop and the ones that clear out other stores are literally destroying this hobby.”
