I had an excellent experience on Sunday at the North Haven store. I needed a tool chest that was on the top shelf. I was uncomfortable asking to shut down the aisle while the most helpful and pleasant Rosa assured me she would assist. I offered to return on a less busy time and she assured me to stay and save a return trip.
