When I tried to book on line I ran into issues so I called customer service for help. He picked up the application then had me log back in to finish the process. When I looked the unit was in Killean TX but I told him Connecticut. When we went to the unit they tried to charge me again eventhough I pre paid. The gate code we were give did not work. When we went at night there was only 1 spot light in our row and it was flickering.
I will say that the units are clean.

My experience at the 30 Stillman Rd. Extra space storage in north haven has been pleasant to say the least. The grounds manager Greg has been very helpful, informative, courteous, and respectful. From the moment that we moved in, he’s been nothing but a gentleman to us and we highly recommend Extra space storage to anyone looking for a safe, secure and respectful atmosphere.
