Staff doesn’t inform customers before finalizing their purchases that jewelry is non refundable nor can’t get store credit if damaged. So I had to find out after I bought it. The hoop earring back piece broke off right when I put it on. Now I can’t get it refunded. The manager said it says it on the receipt..but I got the receipt AFTER I bought it..so whats the sense of saying all that? The store needs to have a in service with their employees!! Now the earring that I thought was cute, I can’t wear it anymore.

This has one been one of the worst stores. Employees are not good and they gave me store credit when I bought the item and returned on the same night. They were not even present most of the time on the register.

I went to return shoes I have not worn. It was past the 14 days and I understand that but online it states after 14 days it will be a credit . Supposedly the manager Aaliyah/Alaya ( something like that ) said that’s not true . Her whole demeanor was rude . I held back being rude back . I walked away and then came back to show her what it says online . She goes and say she cannot do anything and proceeds to give me corporate number . As “the manager” why didn’t she do that in the beginning when I was trying to explain that I lost the receipt( they had my number so they found the receipt) and read online about the return policy. Eventhough it does not matter , I could have not return the shoes in 14 days because I was out of town.
Furthermore, her attire as a manager was unacceptable. She had a onesie on and it was not button , so the flaps were out both in the front and back.

Janisha and Alaya are amazing. I see them every time I shop here, and they are always so courteous. They recently helped me with a late exchange, and I ended up purchasing more items. The interaction was wonderful, and I always enjoy the excellent customer service during my visits.

Workers are rude as can be… they lock the fitting rooms a hour before closing FYI! I asked why and they said it takeS too long to put everything away after they close .. never heard of such a thing. Sounds like lazy people who want to leave the second the store closes to me.

Truly awful. Miserable workers who are so rude. They shut the fitting rooms AN HOUR before closing .. so ridiculous . Why not close at that time if you close the fitting rooms.. laziness of the workers.
