“Went in today with a very complicated and detailed order. Four mattresses being bought here but needed to be sent to a home in Northern Florida, blended family and paying separately for the beds. All in all the entire transaction took about 2 hours between FaceTiming the family while testing beds and arranging all the delivery logistics. Rich was absolutely amazing! Patient, helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to this Company and I appreciate everything he did for me with a complicated purchase!”
