“Went in today with a very complicated and detailed order. Four mattresses being bought here but needed to be sent to a home in Northern Florida, blended family and paying separately for the beds. All in all the entire transaction took about 2 hours between FaceTiming the family while testing beds and arranging all the delivery logistics. Rich was absolutely amazing!
