I’m not sure if there’s enough space to write all of the amazing things I have to say about David. He has helped us for over a year in the homeownership process. My husband and I were NO small task!! Dave Swanson is a very knowledgeable person. It was my first time buying a house and I had zero experience besides a couple YouTube videos. Dave walked me through each and every step to buying a home, he went through each and every fee that would be in closing so there was no surprises. I highly recommend David for your mortgage needs, especially for first time homebuyers! If you work with David, you can expect a friendly, professional, trusted partner. David helped me with the mortgage loan process when I purchased my first home. He is truly a trusted partner from the very start to closing (and even after, if there is an opportunity refinance in the future). David explained the process very clearly and was very communicative along the way. He even turned around offer letters within an hour when we needed them on a weekend evening. The home buying process can seem daunting with so many moving pieces, but I never had any doubt that David and Elaine were on top of every single requirement well before closing. David and Elaine did a great job for us! We were first time homebuyers and David spent a lot of time explaining all the terms, costs, procedures, etc to make sure we understood what was going on and what was needed. David was fantastic. This was my first time buying a home. It took me a few years to finally find the right home/get an offer accepted and David was there every step of the way. As a first time buyer I found it overwhelming but David made things smooth and easy. I felt like he treated me as if I were his own daughter.
