Omg I hated everything about this place! The lady was so pushy trying to get me to do a gel pedicure despite me telling her no like 5 times. She removed my nail polish and my 2 acrylic nails but didn’t completely remove parts of them. I asked for a square shape but she didn’t even smooth the edges! They looked like a mess! NEVER again.

I had Navi do my nails and they are wonderful! She was delightful to talk too even after a long day, and she made my experience personal, I loved the salon and my nails I’m definitely going back!
I work with my hands and she made it possible that when the nails chip more color shows!
I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been going to this nail salon regularly and always leave happy! The staff is friendly, professional, and pays close attention to detail. The salon is clean, relaxing, and they offer a great selection of colors and services. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and consistency!

My wedding nails are absolutely beautiful! Cannot get over how perfect they came out! A bunch of my family and friends all went together and they easily accommodated everyone! The staff is amazing!

I got acrylic nails with dip powder. On the third day one of them came off, and another came off after the fifth day. I have gotten acrylics with and without dip many times before other places. I have never had nails come off sooner/need to be refilled sooner than 2-3 weeks. All other services were good.

Thanks you so much Tiffany and the other lady that was called to get my feet done and nails on June 13 I had to fine a nails salon fast because I was leaving the next day on vacation and they came thur I didn't make an appointment it was a Friday and the lady there is so nice and polite after my feet was done Tiffany took care of me on my nails we joked around one thing I can tell you is great job Tiffany u didn't lose ur cool about doing my nails last minute either I love my nails you took your time with them too not rushing ill be coming back to have more conversation 🙂

I love Tiffany! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now and I swear she does not disappoint!! She listens to your requests and does her best to make sure they look good, not just thrown together to get you out her chair. I highly recommend Tiffany! P.S. she does a great spa pedicure too. ☺️

Helen has been doing my nails and eyebrows for over 7 years. I will not go to anyone else ! I am usually very stressed from work and have a hard time picking a color . She is patient and kind and helps me decide. I am always happy and feel so much better when I leave. Thank you Helen !!! I appreciate you!!

Best nail salon in the area! I have been seeing Jin for my dip manicure for years now, and him and the rest of the team are always exceptional! They always ensure a perfect manicure. Highly recommend!

Every time I book an appointment with Quartz Nails, whether it’s the Hamden or North Haven location, I am always met with wonderful customer service and excellent overall service. I have brought multiple difficult designs and they have been able to do it perfectly every time. I will always recommend anyone to get their nails done here. The pictures should speak for themselves. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I want to edit my original review. After being dissatisfied with my service, Jin the owner reached out to me almost immediately and offered to fix it free of charge.
Jin did a wonderful job fixing my nails and making sure I was happy with how they looked. I appreciate Jin’s effort as a business owner and recommend him!

I was here last week and I wanted a color that I had seen on the wall and Ann had told me no. I didn’t want to argue with the lady but I will not be back at that location. The lady that did my nails Delina she do not know how to do nails or file them.
