In the past 48 hours I went through hell and back ever since two days ago (March 15, 2024) my car broke down and I needed a tow to get myself from Ct to where I live in the Bronx. I drive a 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and it broke down on me on the side of the road nearby exit 9 on I-91. On that night I pulled off to the side and I had to let my car cool off since it was smoking due to the oil in the car leaking. Eventually I made it back to my girlfriend's house since that was my destination I took my time to get there because of the state of the vehicle. I decided the next day in the morning, (March 16, 2024), I will wake up early and call Triple A to get my car towed from my girlfriends house to my House located in the Bronx. Around 9:20 in the morning, I made the call to AAA and told them what had happened and explained to them coherently that I needed a flatbed and it was me and my brother that needed to ride with the driver to get back home. I spoke to a Lady named Sam and she said she notated all the details that I told her. She said in about an hour that I will receive a call and text message. In about 15-20 minutes I got a call from LOMBARD MOTORS saying that they'll be there to pick the car up. When the time came and the man was outside, I went out to greet him and already, the man had an attitude as I went to greet and shake his hand, he refused me. I knew off the bat I was going to get a terrible experience. He told me my brother could not come with me even tho I told the triple A lady it was me and someone else, but he refused to let my brother get on. I said okay fine let me just ride with this dude and get back home and I'll pay for a train ticket for my brother to come back. He hooked up my vehicle with a disgust face like he was mad at the world. I sat in the passenger seat with him and thought I was going to go back home. Boy oh boy I was wrong. The man stops at NELCON SERVICE CENTER and as I asked him why are you stopping here I need to go back to the Bronx. He disregarded me and with attitude told me he wasn't going to do it. Mind you I specifically notated to Triple A I need to go back to the Bronx as I AM A PREMIER MEMBER AND THE TRIP MET THE REQUIREMENTS as it was 70 MILES out of the 100 limit. With distain, The man refused to answer me and told me that his boss wanted him to drop my car off there which I found out was total Bullshit. It was because the man did not want to take that trip and gave the situation to NELCON. Now I'm 18 and this was my first experience dealing with Triple A and my car broke down and now Im being denied my services to be taken back home. I was confused and felt like as it rains it just pours, things kept getting worse and worse. Now as I found out, this asshole dropped my car off at NELCON which is ILLEGAL TO DO SO since he went on there private property and wasted one out of the four trips that I have with Triple A. (Now I have to call corporate tmmr to make sure they were not paid for that one trip and that one trip this asshole took with my car only for like 5 miles doesn't count on my record). Thankfully with the help of the lady (I forgot her name) and a gentleman that was there, they were just as confused and I was as to why my car was being dropped at the service center instead of it going back to my house. I explained to them what had happened and they told me normally they didn't do this but due to my situation they were going to help me out. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with the NELCON staff it showed that they actually cared and wanted to help out. They went to call AAA on there end to let them get the job now to take me back and I didn't know this but the towing Industry is worse then high school with the drama when it comes to situations like this, since NELCON told me this wasn't the first time LOMBARD did this to them. AAA said that SAM the lady I was talking to put in the record to drop the vehicle off at NELCON which was complete utter bullshit since I don't even know where NELCON was. Al

Whenever I have a car issue I usually expect some condescending old man to show up and overcharge me but tonight Salena came to the rescue! She changed our flat within 20 minutes and gave us advice on the best options to fix our tire. She was kind and professional. I would 100% call her again for any emergency car issues. Thanks Salena!

Exceptional service! Needed my classic car towed from one house to another, which is about a 3.5 hour trip. They kept me updated the whole way and the driver, Patrick, was great. I really appreciated their communication!

Tow truck driver Salena arrived on the scene of my accident very quickly and did a great job loading my vehicle safely and efficiently. She gave me a ride back to the tow low lot and was very professional and nice. Lot owner and Salena's father Sal was also very courteous and easy to work with, providing great customer service as I dealt with the scrapping of my vehicle. Great family business, would work with again for future services.

If I could give these clowns 0 stars I would. Complete con artists. They only accept cash in person and have the worst customer service you can imagine, all designed to steal your money. They are also slow, expect to wait at their yard for hours.

After a frustrating ordeal with Travelers Insurance that lasted six long hours, I decided to seek help elsewhere and reached out to Nelcon Service Center in Wallingford CT.What a breath of fresh air! Within just 15 minutes of contacting them, their rep arrived promptly and she efficiently resolved my issue in a mere fraction of the time it took to even get a human on Travelers customer service (This is a 5 star review of Nelcon mixed with 0 star review of Travels as this happened the same day)Their professionalism and prompt service were truly impressive. I highly recommend Nelcon Service Center to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance and quick solutions.

My car was stolen, recovered, and towed to Nelcon North Haven. They have been so helpful, friendly and provide excellent service. Cody has been so helpful in getting my car to the auto body shop it needs to go too. I am so impressed and will use their service whenever possible.

Nick called me right away and showed up earlier than he was supposed to. It was the greatest driver most helpful driver I’ve ever dealt with. He was very punctual and very helpful, and was willing to help anyway that he could. He made a bad day and situation a lot easier to deal with.

In the unfortunate situation that my car got towed I couldn't have had a better tow service show up! Sal & Selina were VERY helpful! Sal helped me with AAA gave me helpful tips, their prices are BEYOND fair! Overall he was friendly, honest & helpful! Selina took very good care of my car! My car is lowered & usually it scrapes on a flatbed but they did it PERFECTLY! She is a very sweet, friendly, helpful professional!Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using any of Nelxon towing services! Gary was an amazing help and did a great job. I was stuck on the side of the highway and even though we were out of the service area he still came through and helped. I am grateful for his help and his stellar professionalism during my time of need.
