“I had such an amazing experience and being that I work in customer service I feel like employees dont get enough recognition when its truly deserving. I went in today (2/12/26) and Holly from front end took care of me. She walked me through the store suggesting things to buy for my guinea pigs, and even helped with certain things for my dog. She was beyond knowledge and definitely took her job seriously. I am so happy with my experience and believed she deserves some acknowledgement ?”

“I normally use the Orange Location for my dog’s haircuts but booked a last minute appointment today in North Haven. Naomi gave this guy the best groom I’ve seen in the 16 years I’ve had him. The attention to detail was impeccable, from his ears down to his paws. Just an incredible job, thank you so much!”

“I only take one star off because it is a pricey store. BUT, service wise, I do use their self bathing stations, and their nail trimming services. Very convenient for me and helps me save money by not having to take my dogs for full grooming sessions as often. I visit maybe every other month, so I see different workers each time I go, but each staff member I have met has always been pleasant. When I bring one of my dogs in tow they are always welcoming to my dog and ask if they can offer a treat. As for products, they have some pricey ones, but if you can afford it, they do seem good quality, like their cat condos and other large pet items. Dog toys I've purchased I still have and use. And my dogs love their bakery treats.”

“We have been bringing our standard poodle Clovis to be groomed by Hannah for many years. He always comes out looking beautiful. I especially appreciate that she moves the dogs in and out, and he is rarely there for more than two hours at a time which would be very stressful for him.”

“I can't say enough about this establishment, the staff is so nice, the owner is so polite and patient. My card had an issue and he was kind enough to wait until I called my bank, also I was told my new puppy cavapoo was a little matted under the belly and before they just shaved or trimmed him, they called me to inform me first. I noticed how the other fur babies were happy and how the place was so clean and the groomers were sweet and friendly and gentle with our babies. It doesn't smell and you could see your pups grooming area and waiting areas which were clean as well. I would highly recommend this place, they did a fantastic job with " jourdy and my best friend's golden noodle poodle chance.”

“We just got our new puppy from here. Best experience for getting a new edition to the family. AJ helped out so much and made it an easy process. Went back a couple days later to get more supplies and all our questions were answered (forgot staff members name). Puppy is thriving! If I were to get a sibling for our new little guy, I would definitely go here.”
