“Wish I really did more looking for a food my dog will only eat with her dried food. She loves Freshpet roll but it was small breed. Target was only place that had it and 80% time out of stock. I found this one in pics at whole foods and same day delivery. However it was 5 or 6 lbs and cost plus delivery was 40 dollors. I found same brand but specifically for her size, shes 50-45 lbs. Its still turkey, cranberries, blueberries and spinach roll. Only difference no pumpkin and i chose grainfree. Another great part free delivery no $$ limit. You only pay for items and tip driver if you choose. Always in stock, arrives exactly when stated, kept cold never just left randomly. They come to my door because I live in a condominium. Staff I had spoke to at various times friendly, courteous and make sure that whatever you're seeking they give you actual factual information. I 100% recommend. I use North Haven store. I live in Hamdem.”
“I only take one star off because it is a pricey store. BUT, service wise, I do use their self bathing stations, and their nail trimming services. Very convenient for me and helps me save money by not having to take my dogs for full grooming sessions as often. I visit maybe every other month, so I see different workers each time I go, but each staff member I have met has always been pleasant. When I bring one of my dogs in tow they are always welcoming to my dog and ask if they can offer a treat. As for products, they have some pricey ones, but if you can afford it, they do seem good quality, like their cat condos and other large pet items. Dog toys I've purchased I still have and use. And my dogs love their bakery treats.”

“The folks here are outstanding. My pup is on immuno-suppressants and blood thinner so she can’t be with other dogs. They not only took her after hours, they added a half-hour post-closing and before we arrived so they could make sure it was clean for her. The groomer took great care with her and was careful to not do anything that would risk cutting her. I’d give them ten stars if I could.”
“We came here for tarantula decor. A lot of reptile and fish decorations work perfectly. The selection for all animals was actually really good. The staff were outstanding and helped us out. It was a nice departure from big chain pet stores. This will be our go to pet store.”

“1st Got the three out of four bolts I needed & had to order more online to make up for it. Next time I'll order all online to avoid the hassle. Too many nut & bolt bins are empty at the Guilford location. Wish I could have picked everything up at this store locally but unfortunately had to shop online in the end.
2nd got the bolts but no nuts...”
“Took my dog for a grooming service, she was done within 2 hours which is the quickest I’ve ever seen her groomed before, her previous Petco took 4 hours…. Overall happy with the service. She was very comfortable with her groomer, groomer was very polite and groomed my baby very well.”

“I can't say enough about this establishment, the staff is so nice, the owner is so polite and patient. My card had an issue and he was kind enough to wait until I called my bank, also I was told my new puppy cavapoo was a little matted under the belly and before they just shaved or trimmed him, they called me to inform me first. I noticed how the other fur babies were happy and how the place was so clean and the groomers were sweet and friendly and gentle with our babies. It doesn't smell and you could see your pups grooming area and waiting areas which were clean as well. I would highly recommend this place, they did a fantastic job with " jourdy and my best friend's golden noodle poodle chance.”
