Judy was wonderful! She was patient with my fear of needles and was also quick and precise when she did the procedure. Check in was easy, I checked in at the recommended ten minutes before my appointment at 9 am. I was in and out by 9:15.

Went in to this location yesterday to get a Home Test for my Sister. Tech was nice and explained to me what to do. Brought it back today. I did not have to sign in, just give it to a Tech. When one came to take in a waiting patient, I went up and explained that I was giving in a sample. She rudely responded in an abrupt tone, “I don’t have gloves to take that!! “ I sat back down. Within two minutes the patient that just went in, came out sputtering how she was not going to be treated meanly and left! I then went to stand by the door, as I had an appointment to get to. I saw a Tech and she told me to “sit down and wait”. When she came back, she said that I was supposed to hit the Help button on the Kiosk. I apologized and said that I didn’t remember that as part of the instructions. Not once was I rude. I don’t think I should have had that experience. There was a sentence on the tv playing that referred to being kind and patient to the Staff. I think it goes both ways!!!!!

This location should be rated “ 0 “ after an awful experience, No one acknowledged me or did anything in order to help me after my online appointment wasn’t there, on top of that I had to make an other appointment which was scheduled for another hour of waiting….
I couldn’t do it so that I had to go back to work.
So basically, I didn’t get my blood work done and I lost my next Dr. appointment all because the blood work won’t be ready by then and it seems like Nobody really CARES at Quest North Haven
Definitely an inconvenience and frustrating situation that ruined my whole day..!!!

Quick and efficient. I was late to my appointment but was seen right away soon as I arrived (still depends on the time that you go tho). I needed my blood work done and my Phlebotomist (sorry i forgot her name) was very good and really knows what she’s doing. One poke and Im done.

Professional staff and an extra clean environment! The phlebotomist was friendly and helpful...the blood draw didn't hurt at all! Highly recommended location

Tried to come in early for an appt since I was fasting. Any websites that I would be treated as a walk-in but that did not happen! No one acknowledged me or even made eye contact for over an hour, an actual walk in got to jump me in the line. People literally went out of their way to keep from talking to me when I tried to walk up to ask for an update. I ended up going to a location in East Haven and was actually able to be seen.

Phlebotomist- BenWow! I have SEVERE ANXIETY, and last time I got blood work was like 8? I am now 19, and everytime I go to my checkup my doctor requests blood work. Every year I throw the paper out because I am terrified of needles and just remember when I got it when I was younger how I was freaking out! So I think I was young and scared and remembered the experience so I never wanted to get blood work again. But I had to get it currently because I’ve been having intense pain my doctor is concerned about. I came here and had a gentlemen named BEN. I told him I had anxiety and don’t like needles. First thing he did was tell me he will use a smaller needle because of that, and to look away. I was making conversation with him to calm myself (what I do when I’m nervous), he was sweet, patient, and gentle. The whole time he was taking my blood he was asking me if I was ok and keeping me updated telling me he’s almost done, etc.For now on I am coming to this location and asking for Ben! THANK YOU BEN for this wonderful less stress experience.?

If I could rate a complete "0" for my last visit, that's exactly what this location would receive. Impolite, unfriendly, unprofessional and deceitful are just "some" of the words that explain the treatment I was shown. Followed-up with a call to corporate to file a formal complaint. Totally unacceptable behavior by the staff on duty that day. They were all collectively a recipe for disaster. Quest needs to step up their game! After more than 20 years, I will NOT go back to this location & most likely not Quest!

The only phlebotomist who ever gets my vein on the first try is Dayna! She is not only good at finding my vein, she also has great customer service! If you have veins that are hard to find Dayna will find them!

Every time I go to get blood drawn I ask for Dayna. Never had issues, very polite and helpful.

There is always a problem at this Quest. Someone forgets the keys or the individual in charge of opening never arrives on time. One reason or another almost every weekend that I have been there. There has been as issue and after being in line for a long while prior to them opening. I have been told that there is a good chance I cant be seen today.

They are always very nice and I prefer this one. But I agree with other comments. Not having a human greet you in the waiting area and having a computer doesn’t feel right.
