After getting an estimate, I called to make an appointment and was asked to call back in a few hours. I called back hours later and all was good till i stated that I would pay out of pocket. I was then told they are too busy to do the work. I asked when the next availability was and was told they just dont know. Not sure why they would even give an estimate if they aren't willing to do the work. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you are looking for a hassle.

My 2022 auto was only 3 weeks old when someone hit the car while I was parked. Superior was on the insurance company's list of participating auto body shops and I agreed to have the car brought there. What a GREAT decision! Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend Superior because they did excellent work on my car and they just seem to really love working on cars.

Anthony is absolutely the best! This is the third car I've had there (unfortunately) for body work/accidents and I couldn't be happier with the service. They take great pride in their work and I would recommend them to anyone!

Very difficult people to work with they refused to let a representative from Dodge in to inspect my vehicle for faulty brakes the woman was being super difficult and not understanding im disabled and explained this to them they wiuldnt budge they are horrible people to do business with you have better luck fixing your own car yourself.

Hands down best shop around for perfection. Great attention to detail as well as color matching. Customer service is top notch. Anthony and Emilio were more than helpful with sorting out my accident process. Recommend them one hundred percent.
