Is running there business like it was a 5 star restaurant! It’s not just what you have on the shelf’s which slow puffs has a huge variety but the employees and managers are super knowledgable ,friendly and they can explain any questions you may have . It really makes a difference when your managers and employees are able to explain products and give you solid answers and advice!
I live a good amount of distance away from Hamden and I will go out of my way to get there because it’s worth it !I need to give a huge shout out too Hanna who has been incredibly helpful and supportive whenever I get to her store ! “To be in the one of the oldest if not the oldest cigar bars in New Haven was outstanding. It was my first time ever going after being recommended by Ian at The Edge Fitness. Chad and Bre were absolutely inviting. I was there more for the selection of Bourbon but I was introduced to a damn good cigar. He noticed my country ass accent right away and it was good pours after that. I even purchased their Pinhook barrel select. It is amazing. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the night.
