Credo was the young man i dealt with. He was extremely helpful and should be recognized.Came from another store and the young man there was not. All he wanted to do was to sell me a new one. I said thanks and went to unniversal drive store. Thanks again for Credo

Just switched over to Verizon and I popped into this store to get my new SIM card. Had to wait a few minutes and overheard an employee very kindly helping an older woman understand how to get her phone repaired at an Apple Store. I thought it was nice they were willing to help her even though it wasn’t really a Verizon issue. When it was my turn they quickly helped me get and install my new SIM card. Overall quick and easy experience!

Lilly B spent an hour with me helping me understand how to limit access to dangerous adult content on my kids’ phones. I am a Verizon customer, but did not buy anything. She is a rockstar, and I am forever grateful to her.

After what PROMISED to be great commission pay i am writing you let down. I was terminated for dress code violations by the newest employee in the company. training and sales floor learnings are night and day and never used. Stick to setting your appointments and going to a corporate store. csoki any retailer for Verizon is a true joke. I will always use my Verizon service but stay away if your looking for a great COMPANY

If you need an upgrade, do it online. Do not come to this store.Would not have bothered coming to the store in person for my phone upgrade had I known how less than helpful this store would be. First off, unwelcoming environment. Very loud music and employees standing around chatting so loudly that it’s hard to have a phone call in there. Why I needed a phone call is another issue— apparently because I am not an “account manager” on my family’s plan, I can’t do the upgrade, unless I call customer service. I’ve done an upgrade before and not had this issue. Had to have my speakerphone with volume all the way up to speak to customer service and I have normal hearing. Eventually one staff member told others to take it down a notch, which they did by a very small notch. Then, after calling customer service to put in an order for pickup as directed, suddenly I again can’t pick up the phone because I am not an account manager. I had to go outside the store to get it through an electronic locker. Which I was then kicked out to do- I couldn’t wait in the store for my new phone to be ready.Also, no one told me until this was all done how the trade-in would work since I was giving up my old phone for a discount on my new phone. You do NOT give it to the store. You get a mailer envelope to send it back. Meaning, again, there was no point going to this store. Easier to get information online scrolling through the website than talking to these employees. The employees were for the most part very rude and unfriendly as well (including, leave the store while you wait for your phone to be ready). General vibe of being extremely bothered they were asked to serve a customer rather than hang out together uninterrupted.I didn’t get any assistance with setting up the new phone. Again, employees here did nothing for me— would have been easier to use the website and just call customer service.If Verizon was just this store, it would not be in business.

FOUR people standing around doing nothing and Verizon wants to charge me $30 to transfer my content from my old phone that I bought from them to the new phone I bought from them claiming bandwidth costs ISN'T THAT WHAT PAY FOR EVERY MONTH! I'm sure all cell phone companies deserve one star. No real choice, but I don't have to pretend to like it.

I went in to buy a Google Pixel 7 after leaving Best Buy 3 Verizon employees just chilling out. I looked around and wondered if anyone was going to help me. One guy came up and I told him I was looking to buy a phone and all of them came by when they heard me but I explained that I wanted unlocked as I am a current Verizon prepaid customer and then everyone bailed on me like I had the plague! They said they don't do prepaid and very much I was dead to them and would get no help at this store. I went back to Best Buy and paid $449 for a brand new Google Pixel 7 and Figured this Verizon store would soon be out of business.I wish people were more helpful nowadays especially to us seniors but at least Best Buy was helpful and they are right next door.

A hot mess stay away. I needed a new phone. When I arrived I was greeted and was told to wait then was told nicely that my I would be next in the queue. I waited about a half hour and I noticed nobody was moving and the sales reps were doing nothing to expedite the process. You would think people were closing on a house or purchasing a car. Someone walked in after me and was serviced immediately then the person came out who greeted me came out and scolded the person for not using the queue and he apologized. I ignored it. I figured what the heck let me see how bad this can get. I was chilling out and the conversions I heard were about anything but selling phones. "Tell your father to pay by check and not credit card" and what about the customers who bumped me in the queue due to the incompetent sales rep. He spent the time waiting for customer service on the phone because the people were afraid that their monthly auto deduction bill would go up. I waited another 25 minutes and when I freed up sales rep ignored me and just walked to the back of the office I decided to get the heck out of there. This is every thing that is wrong with America. Lack of trained technicians in "the back", no training, ghosting the customers and lack of focus. I'm sure the regional vp's and managers are so clueless that it doesn't matter what happens in the store. I went home when online then purchased a phone in about 10 minutes. I do have to wait until Tuesday. My transaction would have been very quick.

I have had the worst and most inappropriate experience at this store. The store representative was extremely inappropriate, throwing their phone on the ground, speaking too fast with no explanation of what was happening, sharing personal inappropriate information with my family and I and hitting on me as well towards the end of our interaction. This repetitive suggest | cheat on my boyfriend with them. Overly unprofessional. Now I received an e-mail that all of my devices I will not be receiving credit for after my trade in and my bill is more expensive than when I started. Uncompensated, unprofessional, and uncomfortable experience.

Waited for 15 minutes and no one so much as greeted me or let me know how long a wait it would be before someone could help me. Poor customer service. Ended up going to the Apple Store which was a much better experience.

I recently moved my service from Verizon to xfinity. The wrong caller ID was showing up.. Xfinity could only make my number show as private, blocked or with the wrong person's name. I moved service back to Verizon and Rebecca at the North Haven store worked for days to get this corrected. Rebecca is the prime example of excellent customer service. Rebecca deserves a promotion!

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. The North Haven store was horrible in how we were treated when replacing a phone. While our daughter who was the one replacing her phone was at the store, they took the order, moved her data, messaged that the phone was ready then when she came to pick up the phone, they said she couldn't pick it up because she wasn't an account manager....their website was not allowing the changes, and instead of the sales person calling the account holder to verify we had to wait on hold for a rep to put her on as an account manager and we were told that there was no need to have had to go through so much at the store. North Haven Verizon congratulations you just made a 30 year client go to another carrier.
