It’s like nobody even works for pharmacy or they got the most unprofessional person to work there I called to switch a prescription for my asthma to this Walgreens I’m on hold for an hour and a female keeps picking up for a second and laughing and talking to someone and just continue to put me back on hold. I ended up hanging up after an hour. Extremely unprofessional

What kind of a pharmacy that's supposed to help people that are sick closes at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and doesn't open till Monday. Who the heck would ever shop there? I will never go there again. They will surely go out of business!!

Don't waste your time because you'll end up at cvs anyway. They don't have things in stock and only order them only when you arrive to pick up. When they finally do have prescriptions, after not being open on weekends, you have to wait anyway because their computers can't process basic transactions. Then the coupons you got when it was supposedly ready expire and you have to go back to cvs and wait in that line. Awful.

I’ve had my provider call in my med a day early to give the pharmacy enough time to fill it. It still takes several phone calls and 1-2 days to fill it. (30 min away). Always an issue with my son’s medication as well. Nothing but excuses.

I placed a photo order via the mobile app. Upon picking up the 3 4x6 photos, my son's head was completely cut off in 2 of them. I went back to the photo department expecting them to simply reprint the photos. The man said that is how they came in so couldn't do anything to help me. I can promise I did not place an order of photos of my son from his shoulders down. I was forced to pay for the order because I needed the 3rd photo. I'm quite shocked of the terrible customer service.

worst pharmacy service in town. The staff inside the pharmacy could use some kindness and respectwith their costumers, they are nasty and rude to say the least, too bad my Dr sent the order there , CVS is way better and the staff is always nice, they even ask if you have any questions or concerns.

My mother has been having nothing but problems using Walmart Pharmacy in New Haven, Ct at 87 Foxon St. They continually give her issues with her prescriptions where they won't tell her which of her medications are filled when specifically asked. She has had so many problems she told them she wanted her prescriptions transferred to a different location which they blatantly ignored! Then when she tried having a prescription called into the new Walgreens location she wanted to use she was never told the New Haven office had the order sitting there. Long story short I went with my elderly mom to pick up her blood pressure medication which she hasn't been able to take for 4 days and when she was finally told by the new pharmacy it was sitting to be picked up at the previous location. So we get all the want to the New Haven location and get in line to only be told by the general store manager pictured in this complaint that the pharmacy was closing due to sickness. There were 5 other customers in line and when I explained how this was an emergency and my mother needed to get her blood pressure pill the general manager did NOT CARE!!!! I'm guessing his name may have been Roble by the pic I took but told him if something were to happen I would personally be holding him and Walgreens liable. He still didn't care! He was not empathetic, nor showed any remorse to that fact that my mother could have a heart emergency without her medication. When I saw there was 1 person behind the counter I inquired and said you mean knowing this medication is for a heart condition and knowing your pharmacy was neglectful in getting her prescription to her in time that you're not willing to allow her to get her med with the other 5 customers his answer was "No because there could also be someone else who comes in also!" This general manager does NOT belong manager and should be fired IMMEDIATELY for risking the health and well being of a customer on heart medications. I was so upset when I left the store I immediately contacted the North Haven Walgreens pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist on an urgent basis. He without hesitation transferred (all) my moms prescription and not just the heart medication she needed. We immediately went to that pharmacy to pick it up. I will be leaving reviews and sharing this info all over social media due to the continued and constant incompetence and risk not only the New Haven pharmacy put my mother at but also the general manager of the store who did NOT care if a patient lost their life!

I had to drive to 3 different Walgreens stores (about 30-40min from each other) to get the right item. Online showed the first store (this store, North Haven) had it. When I got there 30min later, my order was not even processed. 10 min later, I was informed that the item was not in stock. Online information was not corrected. Store clerk called the 2nd store (Wallingford store), and told me that they had it on hand at the 2nd store. I showed the photo of the item and asked again "they have this?" Store clerk said yes. When I got to the 2nd store, it was a wrong item. It looked completely different. Then I had to drive another 30min to the third one (Meriden), to get the right item.

Please do us all a favor and update your hours.. this is ridiculous. Everyone do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy.

Very poor service. Why explaining the new pharmacy hours, in a very condescending manner, the employee forgot to move to the payment screen on the cash register and then asked for help “because my card wasn’t going through”. Another employee pressed a key, and magically, my payment worked! I hope this boy must suffer with an infection because he can’t get an antibiotic filled in a timely manner.
