Had an issue at one of the pumps. Prepaid at the register and have receipt’s for proof. Pumped the gas, but no gas actually went into the vehicle. Went back in to alert the cashier and was told that there was nothing they could do. Employee called his manager and I was told to come back the next day to resolve the issue and speak with manager. I go in the next day, manager was no where to be found and when the cashier called them to see what to do, I was told that there was no record of the transaction, despite having the receipt. I was charged, and no one at this location wants to help. Very poor customer service.

Great service, fast diesel pumps! But.....the receipts on Diesel pump (11, I think) are difficult to read.

I always stopped here for gasoline in my company vehicle until one day I needed air but not gasoline and nicely I ask the worker "excuse me,can I get air? he replied did you buy anything and I said no, air is for customers only and with a nasty attitude said next time say please and maybe I'll let you put air. I'm a 45 year old men and believe in respect, something he didnt do... I'll never put gasoline in there.
