Very nice and quiet hotel. Room was pretty big. Very clean. We had a hot tub. Very relaxing. Had all the amenities you need. The shower was pretty small. Definitely suited for 1 person and the towels weren't ideal. I would have expected better thick quality towels. The bed was pretty soft as well. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. They have a restaurant and a lounge/bar downstairs which is a plus. You don't even have to leave the hotel.

This hotel is way over priced. Genuinely no better than a motel. Also for the price there being no continental breakfast is crazy. My group and I decided to get dinner at the in hotel restaurant and 3 of us had hairs in our food. Big long hairs just wrapped up in the pasta. Safe to say we were pretty done after that. Also the queen beds are small and more like full size. The staff wasn’t the best either. Some were nice some were very short and low key rude. My key to my room stopped working out of no where but luckily my friend was already in there. Also someone stole our room number off the wall and when we went down to tell them they said there was no camera to check so that’s unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.Rooms: Room key stopped working out of no where. Beds are smaller than they claim.Food & drinks: Hair in 3 out of 9 dishes. Super long black hairs wrapped up in the pasta. Disgusting.Noteworthy details: No cameras pointed at the doors. Someone stole our room number and when we told the desk they said they couldn’t check cause there was no camera. Unsafe. Also no continental breakfast for the price is crazy.

We booked them because it looked very nice, the rate was good, and they had a restaurant/lounge. However, when we arrived we were told no bartender so no bar and restaurant menu was limited. At that same time, they were delivering champagne to someone's room. Also, the TV setup was so complicated we couldn't find regular or local programming. Would not stay there again as it wasn't anything like their website described!

If you want a Jacuzzi that has a hair floating in it, than this is the hotel for you. Also, you can here the whirlpool in the room next to you which is really loud. Bed was too soft and squeezed. Would have given 1 star but the room itself and bathroom were very clean. Some of these reviews giving 5 star are probably written by the manager or owner

It's one of the nicer hotels I have been to. The room was nice and spacious, and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Nice indoor pool. Reasonably priced with AARP discount. I would definitely return. 5 minutes to the casino and 15 minutes from Mystic. My only disappointment was that they did not serve a continental breakfast, only an expensive meal in the restaurant.

This place is gorgeous! You walk in and wonder if you are still in the U.S. The decor seems to be from Greece. The high ceilings are delightful. The heated pool is welcoming and comfortable. The bedrooms are just as gorgeous. Don't forget to get a workout in the gym. And if you have some money, definitely check out the Spa.Work up and appetite? I suggest Red Onion Pizza down the street.Spacious and super clean. This is now going to be where we stay.Rooms: Spacious, clean

Very nice hotel. Arrived 1 hour earlier than check in time and was told there would be a $39 fee to check in early. Needless to say I wasn't going to do that. Staff was friendly and efficient otherwise. Room was nice and clean. No microwave though. The only microwave was in the lobby. Very convenient to all Mystic attractions. Would stay again.

Our stay was okay. Was told our room was on the third floor and some how ended up on the first floor after we paid our deposit ontop of room charge that we paid. The jet tub had a long hair in it along with some mildew. I cleaned it before hand only to find that. The room has no ac I believe there was no workable knobs on it. Just a a high ceiling fan. When we explained we weren’t happy they only gave us $30 compensation back. We will not be returning. The best part was The Chinese food next to the hotel.

Nope not again. I was an annual guest here for many years. I recently stayed and I didn't get the cozy welcoming feeling I usually got. No limo service is available during the week to foxwoods. The limo is just Fridays and Saturdays and don't start until 4 pm in the afternoon. Also, there is no coffee in the lobby available during the day. The restaurant here has very limited hours. The hotel is not as accommodating to guest in these expectations as I had hoped for. My bathroom had a quarter roll left on it with no spare. They did bring one when I called. I'm disappointed it seems to have changed.

We had comfortable room with sparse decor, strangely high ceilings, and a functional fitness center. It was a nice place to stay and we appreciated the shuttle to Foxwoods. We were also very happy with how close it was to Mystic.

I LOVE this hotel. I stay here just about every other weekend. I always get a room with a whirlpool. Usually I'm always skeptical with hotel jacuzzis. I've had some bad experiences, but every single time I've been there, they are SPOTLESS. Every time, I fill up the tub, and run the jets once it's filled and check if the water turns cloudy or dirty at all. Never once had it been dirty. The rooms are always clean. Never have that mildew smell a lot of hotels with jacuzzis get. It's by far my favorite hotel. I feel like you get alot for the price. It's definitely one of the more affordable hotels but it's not cheap inside if that makes sense. They have a dining area, a small coffee counter and snack counter. They always fully stocked on snacks, and have a pretty decent variety. There is a microwave in the lobby, and the rooms have a small fridge. There is also a full bar. Recently I've noticed they were making upgrades to the hotel which makes this 10/10 hotel even better. The staff is beyond excellent. They are always so nice, so helpful and welcoming. They talk to you while they check you in. It doesn't feel like they're robots. The cleaning staff is phenomenal as well. Everyone is so polite and nice. This hotel is a great weekend getaway for yourself, or to share with friends, or significant other. I highly recommend it.

Check in Was Easy. Got our room. Ask to be on the 2nd floor because all weekend we heard people above us. Our toilet needed to be fixed so they fixed it right away. The bed was small for a queen, looked like a full. The curtains don't shut all the way, bring a hair clip to keep them shut. TV Chanels were great. Room comes with a small fridge. And a little coffee maker that sucked. Coffee taste like Hot water. They should offer free coffee and water for guests 24/7. A lot of hotels do that. Also we ended up getting snacks down the street because it was cheaper. Not paying $3 for a candy bar. Pool was Warm. Didn't get a Massage there because we found a cheaper place 20 min away. Parking was good. Near foxwoods and a little drive to Mohegan. The best part was the food. We were doing a getaway without the kids and came home to nap because our night sleep on a tiny "queen" bed sucked. Noisy and uncomfortable. Needs an update. At least room 135 does. If I were to go back, it would be for the food. The fish and the steak was great.Food & drinks: The food was the best part of the stay.

Please customers if you rent from this hotel room. Please be aware that if you don't check in they will keep your money. And it's probably in their checking policy but little as heck. But I'm just making weird to all customers to be aware. They took my money and I did not stay there.

I thought the hotel itself was beautiful, considering I’ve only been to your basic hotel that all look the same and very modern. I booked a Venetian queen with in room whirlpool. I must say the room itself was nice, and I enjoyed the more homey master bedroom type of feel it had. Our in room climate control worked great. The bed was insanely comfy, and clean- But, we had to get the bed that was horrifically noisy. To sit on it or even move made the loudest squeaking sounds ever. Which kept waking me up all night. The jacuzzi tub could’ve been cleaner- I Wiped down the whole tub with wipes beforehand just to be safe, and all in the corners against the wall was dirty and I wiped up a lot of black specs of I'm not sure what. The room came with a mini fridge and a coffee maker. There’s ice makers in the hotel also and you get the standard issue hotel ice bucket with lid. The lobby does sell a select amount of snacks and beverages all hours- I’m not sure how much they are as my boyfriend and I opted to go to the closest 24 hour gas station for snacks considering parking was super convenient. I also hardly ever enjoy let alone use the toiletries hotels provide, but I must say the line they use is actually really good. I even kept my last soap bar because I loved how it smelled and cleaned.
