“We recently had to put our beloved cat down. In the past I have spent a great deal of money to have a vet come to the house to administer euthanasia to our pets thinking that I did not want them to be scared or anxious. This time I decided to bring our pet to Pawcatuck Veterinary Clinic. What a comforting experience. They have a room dedicated to the process with pleasant lighting, sounds and surroundings. A sedative is administered which takes 5-7 minutes to take effect. Instead of leaving the room and using this precious time as a vet, Dr. Rosenberg stayed in the room, answered any questions we had and talked us throught the process. The vet tech who assisted was amazing and made my family be at peace. If you are ever in the situation to make end of life decisions for your furry loved ones, rest assured they will feel comfort in the care Pawcatuck Veterinary clinic provides.”

“Highly responsive to the needs of the local region regarding animal adoptions and care. Also, very active for such a small organization in supporting the area and the animals it cares for. I am concerned about the one negative review which seems as though the reviewer might have been complaining about the town's dog park which really has nothing to do with the Stand Up For Animals organization or its personnel and it sounds like he may have been in the wrong place with his comments and his bag of broken glass.”

“Dr.j is hands down the best vet in the area, he takes care of all our animals including horses and dogs. He is so kinda and caring I couldnt imagine any client of his giving him less than a 5 star review. I wouldn't recommend any other vet.”
