“When I tried to book on line I ran into issues so I called customer service for help. He picked up the application then had me log back in to finish the process. When I looked the unit was in Killean TX but I told him Connecticut. When we went to the unit they tried to charge me again eventhough I pre paid. The gate code we were give did not work. When we went at night there was only 1 spot light in our row and it was flickering.
I will say that the units are clean.”

I was able to view the unit before signing the contract. All my questions were answered. This also was 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday.”

“Just used Little John's moving company for a move out of a very full (large) storage unit to my new condo and (much smaller) storage unit. The crew did not stop for over 5 hours. There were a lot of boxes and bins and some large heavy pieces of furniture. They unloaded everything neatly and exactly where I wanted. Reasonably priced for such hard work. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.”

“I have been a Collectors Car Storage customer for years. The location and grounds are always spotless and well maintained. Access to the gate and electronic locks are reliable and secure - you can come and go anytime with no hassles. I love that we have a private bay to store our vehicle and other stuff as needed. Other collector car places sometimes group vehicles in one garage requiring advanced notice to pull out a vehicle and provide access during their operating hours only. Joe and his team are always reachable and responsive; they will check on your bay if you need something and they do it with a smile. This is a terrific car storage location!! Thank you!”

“I had two 10x20 bins there for years when I had my apartment down the street before I moved into my house .Love the 24/7/365 access that others dont have in town.No leaky ceilings and clean cement floors.Great for apartment tenants in the area with limited storage at the apartment .Spend many hours down there and met great bin neighbors there. Also had fun watching trains go by too since I'm a rail fan .Great office service there too.”

“I stored all my household possessions and my vehicle at Stowaway Storage for 12 months (June 2017-2018). They were amazing, and they saved my @ss big time when it came time to move all my possessions and car. Ray was so helpful, and he went the extra mile big time to enable me to coordinate my move from afar. He saw that the storage unit was opened (cutting the lock, as I authorized). I also mailed Ray a key to my car and he saw to it that it was safely loaded onto the flatbed and moved out. He was both professional and was beyond helpful.
