This place is a nightmare. My storage unit had a leak, and my belongings got damaged — management didn’t care at all. The hidden fees they tack on are outrageous, and the monthly rate kept going up without warning.

Absolutely terrible experience. The unit was dirty when I moved in, and no one was available to help or answer questions.Customer service was rude and unhelpful every time I called. I would never store anything here again.

I had been in search for a storage unit and called A BUNCH of places. Phil was the only one to actually listen to my wants and needs and quote me on a unit which is just perfect for my needs. His manors and honesty make you feel like you are the only tenant in the entire building. Impeccable service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Have been using this place for years but other than a convenient location I don't have a strong feeling. Seems expensive to me for the very basic accommodations, and on my last visit I saw one cart available for the entire facility. Security is low so storing anything valuable is out. Maybe it is the right choice in the end, but shop around, it seems likely that you you can do better.
