Fast and efficient. Our instrument had a minor repair performed overnight. Only 4 stars though because yesterday I was given a $20 rough estimate for the work to be done "it certainly won't be more that $20" and today the bill ended up being $47 "material has gone up"...it certainly has ...overnight!

Excellent customer service and my sons instrument was ready within one business day. If I had one complaint- it would be that there isn’t parking specifically for AAA. It’s street parking only. Depending on time of day, it can be a nuisance. Otherwise 5 starsVery affordable
