Angela is a phenomenal sales person and I had an exceptional experience working with Angela.She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in helping find exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond answering all questions promptly even on her day off. Angela reached out to me when something became available that she thought would be a good fit for my needs. She made the entire shopping experience extremely enjoyable. The store is beautifully decorated and there is so much choose from. Thanks to Angela, I prefer to purchase all my furniture needs at Arhaus in Norwalk. I highly recommend asking for her if you want great attention.

I had such a great experience at Arhaus thanks to Hash Hafizi. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me figure out the perfect size and fabric for my new couch. I wasn’t sure what would fit best in my space, but he walked me through all the options and even showed me fabric samples that matched my style and lifestyle. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend asking for Hash Hafizi if you visit Arhaus — he truly goes above and beyond!

She did an amazing job guiding us with choosing the right furniture pieces that matches our style. The purchase process went very smoothly. All the furniture in this store is beautiful and timeless. This was our second time returning to Arhaus Norwalk to purchase furniture for our home - always a wonderful experience with high quality items available and a very attentive service! We worked with Hash this time who was very helpful in finding us fabric samples to help match the color of our existing couch to the cabinets we wanted to purchase and he also helped us get matching art. Look forward to shopping here in the future!

Above all I have to say that Marlinda went over the extra mile to help us, she was attentive and at the same time was not intrusive.
