If I could leave a 0 star review I would.Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen! Once they make the sale, you never hear from anyone!!If I ran my business this way, I wouldn't last 6 months. Stay away!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Hash who helped me pick out the perfect dining chairs that matched my existing table and decor. He was very personable and easy to work with.I’ve bought a few pieces from here over the years. I love that their furniture is made in America and high quality. You certainly get what you pay for at Arhaus.I’ll be coming back.

I can’t say enough great things about the Arhaus staff in Norwalk, in particular, Hash. Since day one, Hash has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. My wife and I have appreciated his support and would recommend you pay him a visit if you’re in the market for fantastic home furniture.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping for bedroom furniture at the beautiful Norwalk store. I was promptly and kindly greeted by Hash. He politely gave me enough time to browse and when I had questions, he was available to assist me and show me all the available options in the showroom that were appropriate for my project. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After leaving the store, Hash was readily available via both phone and email to answer all my additional questions and then very efficiently assisted me with my order. He is an exceptional sales associate and I highly recommend working with him. Thank you Hash!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Arhaus Norwalk furniture store, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the quality of the furniture. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted warmly by Hash, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my entire shopping experience.What truly set this store apart was his expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. He patiently answered my questions, offered insightful suggestions, and provided valuable guidance in choosing the right furniture pieces for my home. His professionalism and passion for his work was truly commendable.

Excellent experience working with the Arhaus staff. Hash in the Norwalk store was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find details and measurements on an item they did not have on the showroom floor. His attentiveness and follow up was superb. Highly recommend this store and especially Hash!

Just as the other reviews say worst customer and delivery service. We waited more than 12 weeks for our bed (3 weeks more than what was promised) and then when we finally received the bed, realized that it actually wouldn’t fit through the house EVEN THOUGH We had someone come and see and the measure the house before. This was the bed recommended by them. The store manager who called us back was particularly very rude and spoke in the most condescending way. Wish I had her voice recorded as an example of how not to talk to your customer through a very confusing and disappointing experience. At the end she said a very rushed sorry while laughing. We recently bought some furniture from Crate and Barrel too and the customer service was impeccable. You’d think Arhaus would be more premium but they just have a higher price tag with incompetent customer experience

I absolutely love the design aesthetic of the store. However, the staff, especially the gentleman that works there is quite impolite. One time I went in and asked him for a price on some thing, and he told me to make sure when I come back that I let him know so he can get the commission on it. And then I went in again today and he asked me to leave because the store is closing in three minutes. Very subpar customer service considering the exquisite and extremely high price tag. Will be buying furniture elsewhere just because of these continuously bad experiences. Sorry guys!

Absolutely ABOMINABLE customer service from Arhaus, please DO NOT spend your hard earned money here. As many previous reviewers have mentioned, the initial experience in store was great. The showroom is beautiful, salespeople friendly and eager to help. After we ordered over $50K in furnishings however, the experience quickly deteriorated. - We specifically chose items that we were assured would arrive by Thanksgiving (we placed two orders, the first in July and the second in early August). With the exception of one sofa, we were told that all of the items we selected would arrive by the end of October. By early November we had only received two pieces, so we began reaching out to the store and to Arhaus customer service for updates on deliveries. After multiple phone calls and emails on our part it was clear no one wanted to help us, the store told us we needed to contact customer service and customer service told us we needed to deal with the store. We were repeatedly given conflicting information on when our items would arrive and dates were ultimately pushed back multiple times for almost every item. At no point were we proactively notified of any delays to the delivery windows we were given, we only learned of them when items did not show up as scheduled and we then had to go through the inconvenient process of again contacting the store, contacting customer service, and receiving conflicting information. This happened multiple times and we have spent literally hours on the phone attempting to get clear answers. At this point we are still waiting for several items that we are now told will arrive in February. - Several items in our order were incorrect. We ordered one rug pad at $400 and were charged for nine rug pads, a total of $3600. We ordered one sofa and two chairs for our living room and were charged for two sofas and one chair, a $3000 error. Fortunately, we were able to catch these errors on our invoice and have them corrected, however in early December we received an outdoor table we ordered in July and it is not the correct table. - We received a desk we ordered in early November, but it is missing parts so is largely not functional. We've contacted both customer service and the store multiple times about this issue and were assured the parts would be sent, but they never came and once again, there has been absolutely no follow through from Arhaus. - Throughout all of the above, the communication and follow through on the part of our sales associate (Hash) was extremely challenging, requiring us to reach out multiple times for responses/resolution. We finally escalated our concerns to store manager Chris Perez, who was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. When we shared our frustration about Hash and asked to work with a different salesperson moving forward, Chris told us that we had to continue to work with Hash and that Hash would remain our point person for any additional questions we had. In looking back at some of the previous reviews we're not the first to be offended by Chris Perez's poor customer service, Arhaus should be embarrassed to have him representing their brand. At this time, the issue with the desk and the incorrect table are still outstanding, and we are still awaiting delivery of multiple items that were to have arrived in October. Chris Perez has stopped responding to our emails. It is clear that Arhaus will promise you whatever they need to in order to make a sale. But be assured, once your money is spent they DO.NOT.CARE. Given the positioning of their brand as a luxury furniture retailer, Arhaus clearly has no concept of what it means to compete with the likes of RH and Pottery Barn who provide quality customer service from beginning to end. They should be ashamed at the appalling experience they've provided so many of their valuable clients, but they're obviously not. I will next attempt to connect with some of their executives via LinkedIn to see if I can find anyone at all who might care enough to help me. Wish me luck.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Arhaus in the Sono Collection. My boyfriend and I ordered new furniture for our apartment and a few of the designers, Hash and Jacqueline were very knowledgeable and professional about their products, pricing and delivery.We plan on going back and ordering more furniture in the future! Thanks Arhaus!
