I had ordered a bed frame and a dresser as well. I am unable to connect the headboard with the rest of the bed and the bottom of the cabinets to the dresser keeps falling so the clothes aren’t able to stay in each dresser. I contacted customer support within 2 weeks of receiving the items and they said they would ship me the correct screws. I waited and that didn’t fix the problem. I contacted support again and they told me I couldn’t recieve a refund because the refund period was over. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Save your money very poor quality anyways.

They had a lot of amazing furniture. However, after I viewed an items online, it was much cheaper. Like a dinette set they were charging almost $900 for. Ashley Website listed for like $700. The problem was the communication with delivery people and the sales people was totally off. Sales salesperson said I can have the furniture in two weeks. Delivery / warehouse said January 2024 and it was November. So I went to Bob’s and got my furniture a week later, and for a better price. That store is closing in Norwalk. I see why! They were nice…

The overall experience was positive. Scott our sales manager handled the process well and we also are happy overall with our purchase and experience.The reason for two stars is because of the Ashley Home Furniture store mattress policy. We tried to return a brand new, still in plastic, mattress which if bought on the tempur-pedic website directly, their policy is a 90-day return full money back guarantee.The Ashley furniture policy is no return no take-backs and Scott who apparently is also the manager explained that per health code and regulations they aren’t able to take back mattresses even though this is false as online the direct tempur-pedic mattress policy says otherwise and tempur-pedic customer service also confirmed their 90-day return policy.Apparently 3rd party sellers like Ashley have the right to deny the Tempur-Pedic policy which is a shame. Scott was also quick to rush me off the phone when trying to figure out what we could do to make this work and was plain rude by the end of the call.Overall, we are happy with our furniture purchases but given the experience above, it’s a shame we have to be in this situation.

Haitham made my couch shopping experience the best it could be! He was very patient and gave me all possible options, colors, and materials. He was able to visualize my space and make perfect suggestions. He rearranged the floor space in the store to show me exactly how the furniture would look in my home. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great experience with Haitham as our salesperson. We had come into the store back in February and purchased a couch, but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit for our new space. Haitham was extremely helpful in helping us cancel the couch order and order new pieces for our place with no issues. Haitham was able to make sure we could update our order at no additional cost to us, which was much appreciated since we had cancelled the original order. We recommend working with Haitham on your next visit to the store, definitely make sure to ask for him! Thank you!

We went to Ashley’s in Norwalk and Scott was extremely helpful. He let us walk around the store and would check in ever 10 min or so, or when we stood by an area for a while. He would answer our questions and then gave us space to discuss. Unlike many furniture stores, Scott and the staff did not follow us around, which we appreciated. Scott helped ensure we received the best price. We purchased a bedroom furniture set and are excited to use it.

Walked in to buy a new recliner chair for my elderly aunt. Dale met us at the door and helped us find a chair that my aunt loved. He listened to my aunt, he was patient and provided a high level of service. My aunt felt very respected and left very happy.

This is the second couch we have bought at Ashley and both experiences were wonderful. We were given the right amount of attention, but our salesperson Abdel also gave us space and time to make a decision for ourselves. Ashley is now our first stop for any furniture needs we have.

Went in to buy a couch for my living room and spent two days deciding with my family with the lovely help of Haitham. He went above and beyond to assure we got what we wanted. Moved different ottomans and pillows to make sure we saw the vision of our new couch. Will definitely come back to the calming and inviting environment anytime I need to buy something else!

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience here. We came in a few months ago to browse couches and spoke with Abdel regarding our options. We were unsure of our plans at that time, so decided to hold off. We went back today and were greeted again by Abdel and he remembered us and our situation, which we really appreciated. He helped us purchase our dream couch and made the entire process simple and easy. We will definitely be going back to Abdel and Ashley Furniture for all of our future needs!

The workers are complete pitch people they lie to the customers I purchased a couch back in November 2022, I informed my salesman, Greg that I did not like the legs on the couch that I was purchasing and I was informed I can get alternative legs and they would send them to my home. It is now June 2023 and I still have not received the alternative legs for my couches. I have gone in the store. I have personally contacted the salesman and no one assisted in this issue . I put up a review about two months ago and was called personally and asked to take it down because they “don’t want bad word of mouth “ . There is a Raymour and Flanigan up the block. I suggest customers go there instead the Customer Service is much better and prices are comparable

My parents and I recently visited and ordered a new full size bed for me, ending up almost buying a new couch. All of the staff there were friendly and easy going, especially while working with Abdel and Hai, they both were very helpful in guidance and even brightened up the mood numerous times. Overall, we purchased the bed and it ended up working in the long run, both of them have very firm handshakes and it was a trip well-done. Thanks for the experience, guys! :)
