Go to a privately owned practice and not this chain. I was informed I had multiple cavities, had a few filled only for them to fall out, and the remaining cavities that were yet to be filled was charged and not ever done. After seeing my private practice dentist who I have been going to for years, he let me know that I indeed did not need half of what they were offering including the supplementary treatment and additional scans they had offered to get extra $$. Luckily was able to switch out after that experience.

They seem to cancel or reschedule / ghost on every appointment. No matter how it was scheduled. Then don’t respond to phone or voicemails. Very strange.

They don't know how to make appointments, you arrive and they make you wait 1 hour and a half to tell you to come back tomorrow.

Great experience, everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was thorough and really explained everything very well. The facility was clean and very welcoming. An overall positive experience, highly recommended them!

I have been a patient at Aspen Dental is Norwalk CT for about 3 years now. I had an appointment that I scheduled in August for last week that the office staff called on me a week prior to the appointment stating that “the hygienist is not in the office that day” fine, I made a new appointment during my working hours (1:15) and that I had to take a 1/2 day off of work for. This appointment was cancelled THE DAY BEFORE, through EMAIL AFTER business hours so I could not get a hold of anyone so I had to make a new appointment the morning of, of course too late for me to cancel my half day at work. Their excuse this time was the hygienist and dentist called out so there will be no one for the next two days. I made an appointment for tonight at 5 since their business hours on Wednesdays are 9-6. I get there and the doors are LOCKED. Mind you, it is still business hours so regardless, they should be opened. I have had ZERO communication or consideration. When my second appointment got cancelled, I got an EMAIL and I had to call them. I told the office staff that I already took a day off of work they said “oh…”. For this appointment that I was met with locked doors, I had no communication, no email, no nothing, just showing up to locked doors. This is extremely unprofessional. I will be seeking other dentists and I suggest you do too.

First visit to Aspen Dental in Norwalk, CT. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got all my questions answered and a new appointment was set up for me.

From the first visit, I felt comfortable. The greeting I received at the front desk was both professional and friendly. The assistants were equally friendly and made me feel at ease. The office is clean and infection control protocol is followed. Dr. Kaur is amazing! Straightforward about treatment planning, informative about the newest procedures possible, and honest about what could be done in my situation. Financial arrangements offered many affordable options, and were explained patiently with all questions answered. When it came to procedure day, Dr. Kaur was painless, skilled and compassionate. I am so pleased with my whole experience here.
