My girlfriend went in earlier today to trade in her phone and the employee spent more time hitting on her than trying to help her. He asked where she’s from, does her boyfriend let her talk to strangers, told her she looks like she takes a lot of selfies etc. He also had no knowledge and at one point said “I don’t care too much for these cell phones.” He gave her the wrong screen protector for $55 and when she realized he gave her the correct one for $50 and kept asking for her to pay a $10 difference….

I had wonderful service from the moment I walked in the door. I had a bit of a complicated issue and Caromie took the time to see the issue thru. I am very grateful for such pleasant customer service!!!

Ordered a phone for in-store pick up. Unbeknownst to me, they did not actually have the phone in stock. Laura, the associate (manager? I'm actually not sure) I spoke with told me that if I had received notification that there was only one left in stock (I don't remember seeing any such notification) that it was actually the demo phone, and she didn't understand why people didn't get that. (REALLY?? Sounds like an AT&T problem to me, not sure how any customer is just supposed to "know" that.) Following her advice, because after all, she's the professional, I cancelled my in-store pick up order and she re-ordered the phone for me, guaranteeing that I would have the phone IN HAND within 24 hours. 36 hours later, 6.5 hours on the phone with customer service and an additional 2 hours at another location, I am still phoneless, thanks to Laura's terrible advice. None of this would have happened if they actually kept accurate records between "online availability" and actual in-store stock.

Had a great experience there this weekend. Johan was very helpful and professional. From my initial phone call, to me walking into the store. Answered all my questions before coming in. Soon as I got there, he was prepared to take care of it all in no time. Very smart, professional and efficient.The store itself was well organized and products beautifully displayed. Awesome service and much appreciated!

Place was quick and efficient. The woman that took care of me was absolutely helpful and very careful. She was the best AT&T employee I’ve ever dealt with. Never felt pressured into buying anything, but also explained to me questions I had. All in all, great customer service!

Really bad store, I went to get a plan for my phone, they told me that I qualify for firstnet and after 2 weeks I had a bill over 200 dollars, after that on three months I got an email that I didn’t qualify no more for firsnet and I am a first responder, and the lady that is a manager I think don’t help you on anything, she is the one that said tha I qualify for firsnet, they tell me a lot of lies and just made me loose money.

I stopped by the store to inquire about charges on my bill, I had a conversation with one of the sales woman there and was not able to resolve the issue. I was then directed to talk to Rachel who was one of the rudest sales associates I have ever come in contact with. First, she implied that if I was arguing with my daughter who I came in with that I should take my business elsewhere because there was no arguing in the store. She insinuated I was rude to the previous woman helping us, although I was not and the previous woman was fine. She was condescending and extremely difficult to deal with. If I could switch my phone provider after this I would, and I would like to tell every single ATT customer in the future to avoid this store at all costs. I would like to be contacted by someone in customer service to speak about this issue further. It was truly appalling behavior. Vasilios Kontogiannis

Abominable customer service from the manager. We were misinformed regarding a return by one of the sales associates. When, approaching the manager, we approached the manager, and She was unprofessional in her communication and appearance. Her tone was condescending, she did not even get out of her chair, pull up our account to investigate our request regarding a return. In addition, she looked like she had just rolled out of bed . We have been customers for over 25 years. Worst experience in retail ever. Have canceled our account including six mobile phone lines, 2 land lines, and reported her to AT&T.
