Andrea I believe her name is. She’s very rude. She has poor customer service and shouldn’t be in retail. Aside from that I find good stuff here . There’s always a good sale but her poor attitude earns the store a 1 star.

Today during my trip as I entered the store the short girl with the very long eyelashes looked at me as if I pissed in her cheerios. She is beyond nasty and obnoxious. I don’t know how she works in retail with such and attitude. Customers don’t deserve the nasty attitudes .

Andrea and Narjis gave me a terrific, smooth and easy shopping experience today and were so sweet! I was anxiously navigating the new Disney launch and trying to make sure I got everything I wanted. Andrea was a huge help and helped me through the whole shopping and checkout process, and she was so warm, patient and accommodating. I also want to shout out Jocelyn, who is always so friendly and sweet every time I see her! You guys are fantastic, thank you :)

Why is this place closed at 2:30 on a Saturday? And it isn’t reflected on google maps or on the main website for this store. I even called and there is nothing on the voice mail indicating that it is closed. It is annoying to park, pay for parking and wind through the maze of the place just to find it closed. I went out of my way to run this errand today. Just communicate, please.

The manager at Bath & Body works in Norwalk, CT is the warmest personality you will ever meet. Narjis is professional, knowledgeable and overall the best Manager of any Bath & Body Works store. The store is so inviting and organized. The staff is pleasant and always there to help you. The store never smells strong since they allow testers on paper which helps with people who get overwhelmed by too many scents. The Sono mall is fantastic but you must go to Bath & Body works and meet the friendliest staff and manager, Narjis. Happy Shopping!!!!

They were so rude to me and called security on me and my friends just because we took a picture of something we wanted. So rude and ignorant completely unacceptable! Rolling there eyes at me!

The assistant manager who is working this morning is extremely rude . She rolled her eyes at me and refused to help me. I asked her when would a store manager be available she alleges there is not one for the store. Horrible and this isn’t the first time I have encountered this girl.

The store was clean and one worker was very welcoming. The store manager and other workers were rude and very hot-headed when I asked a question about the sale that was going on. This was my first time coming to this BBW location and its safe to say that I will come back but won't talk to any worker. I have never had a bad experience with BBW but wow this had my heart racing I was very angry. I understand that everyone has their bad days, we are all humans. But you are in a work setting, a professional setting, so act professional.
