5 star rating for Jack Zimmerman and Bender’s plumbing in a total renovation of primary bathroom and guest bath. Jack worked closely with TVD Interiors (Tyler Del Vento) to provide stylish fixtures in a modern finish to totally update the bathrooms. Even providing freestanding navy vanity for guest bath. We highly recommend this team for projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Brandon Duryea (Norwalk, CT location) on our bathroom renovation! He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Brandon guided us through the entire selection process for all the materials, which saved us a lot of time from going back and forth to pick each item in the showroom and made the whole process stress-free. Even though some of the decisions were made last minute, Brandon reacted incredibly quickly, our order was delivered on time with no delays. We were able to start our project right as planned.
Brandon was also very responsive over email and on the phone, saving us multiple unnecessary trips to the showroom. He offered great design ideas that turned out beautifully — we’ve even received compliments from our contractors about the quality of the materials we selected! (This was only possible thanks to Brandon’s help.)
We especially appreciated Brandon’s transparency about pricing. All quotes were accurate and clearly explained, so there were no surprises along the way.
We highly recommend Brandon Duryea to anyone planning a bathroom renovation — professional, reliable, creative, and a pleasure to work with!

Lorraine is the best plumbing salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is an expert in products and style. I recently purchased 2 bathroom faucets from her and she worked with my budget while still keeping style and quality in mind. She gave me a realistic timeline and it even came in ahead of schedule. Jen Balash at Bender (Norwalk, CT) has been an effective collaborator across several of our residential renovation projects. As the manager of Bender’s tile division, she brings a sharp design eye and a perceptive grasp of our aesthetic preferences—when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms. I can’t say enough good things about working with Jen Balash in bath and tile sales at Bender! Jen has handled three bathroom remodels for us, and every time she’s been incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or needed a little extra guidance.
She took the time to walk me through every detail, explaining everything in plain, easy-to-understand terms. Even when I referred to the “little thingamajiggy that blocks the water,” she knew exactly what I meant!

We went to Bender to purchase a workstation sink and faucet for a kitchen remodel. They had a great selection of sinks, faucets, and finishes. Our salesperson was Jen MacLauchlan. She was very helpful in showing us options that met our needs, she provided us quotes very quickly and kept us advised on supplier timelines and shipping. All in all, a great experience.

Brandon at Bender plumbing spent tons of time with my wife and I to help us select our bathroom components that worked for our needs, wants and budget.
