UPDATE - They did respond to my initial 1 star. Emailed them the proof, and was told i would get a check in the mail. Today check arrived. So 1 star changed to 4. Way too much back and with call in team to get a 5. But in end I did get what was promised.
Bought a TV, purchased the membership plan because was told if price changed in next 30+ days I could use their price match policy. Oh course the price went down the next day, emailed them, have transcript stating i would get $318.75 back. Have now contacted them 3-4 times, placed numerous disputes, and it just goes around and around without any resolution.

This place isn't what it used to be during the days of physical media. I could just buy a DVD, a video game but it's just appliances and computers and shiton of accessories. Not fun unless you intend to spend over $1000. Parking is just strange.

If I could Iāll give 0 star. The worst shopping experience. Before I bought this PS5 game, I asked the online agent if it support certain language of subtitles. And they checked it then said yes (I even keep the chat record), but then when I bought it and install it I found it doesnātā¦and the online agent kept telling me it does until he/she checked the manufacturer again, and found they provided wrong info to the customer.
The worst thing is, they donāt allow me to return it because of that wrong information they gave me. They said once itās opened, no return is allowed. I donāt even play this game , how would I know before I install it that the agent gave me the wrong information?!!! and I need to take the responsibility which is ridiculous.

Terrible place. Geek squad kept selling me terrible screen protectors and then the man working there kept putting it on incorrectly and charging me $8 every time this incompetent man couldnāt place the screen on correctly. Zagg is terrible to work with because there warranty takes months to replace and they charge you just as much to ship.

Update today, just come to trading my phone what I'm buying 1 years ago he's just going to give me $10 for perfect condition, and what is very rude don't come from the store!!!! And I think Samsung change yes change but from that way,Best Buy (Bad Buy) is Change and not very good nasty workers and I don't recommend that this is place be careful over here people not nice..... Never help you

Always terrible.
Ordered an item for pickup same day, as they said it was available same day, a few days before Christmas.
Quick to charge my card, never made the product available until after the holiday. Even after I had cancelled.
Never fail to disappoint.

Order something online for curbside pickup. Show up, āyour order will be right out!ā Never comes. Go inside, āoh I donāt think we have the item at all.ā Ok. Now I get to call customer support and wait on hold to cancel an order the store couldnāt fulfill. Cool.
You really canāt be surprised that physical stores are dying with service like this.
