When I opened it for my daughter in law to be it was in terrible shape and I assumed it was lost. Thanks to OR the vale has been made beautiful and lovely again! I am so happy that to have this piece of history back and looking like it once did. I also wanted to say that the people who I spoke to were very kind and helpful.”

As a plus sized bride wedding dress shopping can be incredibly stressful, but Dorota makes it so easy, fun and stress-free. She ended up making me a custom wedding dress from scratch because I was picky about my perfect dress and boy did Dorota deliver. She ended up making me a stunning 1 of 1 gown that was better than I could have ever dreamed of! She had so many amazing suggestions and cool ideas like putting a removable petticoat under the dress so I could have the fluff for the ceremony but be more comfortable at the reception. On the week before my wedding I was second guessing some of the lace placement on the sleeves and Dorota immediately dropped everything to accommodate my request. She is so sweet and kind but also insanely creative and professional. I will be sending everyone I know to her forever!”

“After getting engaged I was visiting my parents in CT and decided on a whim to check out some dresses with my mom and sister at Plumed Serpent. I live in California and I honestly didn’t think I would find my dress here (it was my first time trying on any wedding dresses and it was on the completely wrong side of the country from my home). Lindsey was a dream to work with. She listened to my likes, dislikes, and budget. All of the dresses she pulled were gorgeous, but I fell in love with the second one I tried on.Given that this was my first time trying on dresses, I didn’t think I could purchase the dress right then and there. I flew back to CA empty handed and booked several dress trials with local CA boutiques. Nothing compared to Plumed Serpent. The dress selections weren’t as nice and the experience wasn’t as nice.I eventually realized that if I was comparing every dress to the dress at Plumed Serpent then I should just get that dress. I called Lindsey to order my dress and she put every worry I had about shipping and alterations at ease. She found several alterations options for me to use locally in CA and really made the whole process completely stress free. My dress arrived well before the expected arrival date, leaving me with plenty of time for alterations.I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey and the whole Plumed Serpent team. They are professional and accommodating and you can feel how much they care.”

They had me try on different veils, which I didn't for the original fitting appointment, and went out of their way to make sure I left the second appointment feeling like I got everything I wanted out of wedding dress shopping. The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and I couldn't have been happier with my dress.
