I just opened a new account at Citi last month. I called twice yesterday to speak to management and was promised I’d be called back. No one did. So much for good customer service.

Waste of time and air. I’m not sure what that gentleman I spoke too but he shouldn’t be working with anyone. Waste of my time and had Citi bank for 6+ years.
