The most unreliable cvs pharmacy. I have been to a ton of cvs pharmacies, this one is unfortunately so poorly run. Every time I have a prescription sent here, there is no communication and always a reason why my prescription is incorrect or cannot be obtained. When I have had prescriptions that were out of stock ordered in, they have added an extra week by not unpacking boxes with the delivered items for days after. Truly just a mess. I would not recommend if you actually have an interest in receiving your prescription.

CVS is fine if you want to buy something in the store - although it is massively overpriced as grocery stores and Walmart sell the same items for as little as half the cost. However the services, particularly the pharmacy, are the worst anywhere. You are better off going to Rite Aid, Walmart, Walgreens - anyone but them. For example. I tried to get my daughters a COVID test at this location. We waited in the car and they came out and gave the test. A few hours later, they sent the results via email. One daughter was correct with her name, date of birth, and her result. The other daughter had her father's name on the result, with the daughter's birthday. Invalid for anything. Tried to fix it calling the number on the phone, they gave me a second number to call. That second number? Gave me a third number to call. That third number was the pharmacy at this location, who told me they were gone for the day, come back Monday. Monday I came back to the store where I was told, "Oh, that was a mistake. Come back Tuesday, we don't have access to that system to fix it." I cannot do this as she needs it to go back to school! So we went to a full service facility (not CVS) to get her retested a second time on Monday so that she can go to school. If you want awful service that won't even do the job correctly, this is a pharmacy for you. If you want it done right and get good service go absolutely anywhere else at all costs. You will regret it if you go here.

Inconvenient hours, surly, unhelpful staff who cannot use their own systems, items billed incorrectly, overcharged, and/or given false information about my deductible. Asked for simple advice about over the counter cold medicine and got told "ask your doctor". Unfortunately for Waypointe residents, avoiding the hassle of this conveniently located pharmacy is worth a short drive somewhere else.

Jesus is a great employee at CVS. I walk everywhere so it is important that I get my items bagged right in order not to tire out while walking. He is so sweet and kind. Store is fantastic just like a lot of CVS I visit. Isles are kept up neatly and there is someone always around to help with any questions. Pharmacy staff knows me. Unfortunately I cut my finger cooking, nasty cold, and my entire family got sick with the flu in the last 365. They always are there with a smile. Great CVS all in all.

This place is a disaster. Poor service quality. Understaffed. Unfriendly. I needed passport photos. It took them ten minutes to show up to take my photo. Fifteen minutes to get the printer paper loaded. Only then did we learn that they had run out of paper in the middle of a separate job and neglected to reload the machine. Carelessness. 45 minutes later, they still had not prepared my passport photo. And they did not apologize or seem bothered. Go to Walgreen's down the block.

This location has significantly dropped in service and in products that they carry. The shelves are not stocked often. The prices are above comparison on small items that you wouldn't expect. The appearance of the store is at the times I have been in there. They offer a Coinstar machine for anyone who's interested in cashing in their loose change. The offer a large parking lot with plenty of parking.

I've been getting my scripts filled at this location for 2+ years. Very friendly staff, always willing to accommodate me and my strange requests. Wait times for scripts aren't long at all.

Incompetent pharmacy employees! These people have no business working in a healthcare environment. They canceled my prescriptions and ended up costing me hundreds because of their incompetency!

Their pharmacy staff are incompetent. Takes forever.. they are understaffed. My dr called prescription in 3 hrs before arriving and they claimed they didn't have it.. my dr called back and told the head pharmacist that they'd just spoke and the pharmacist admitted to never putting it in the system.

Itsa CVS, im pretty sure most folk are quite familiar with the inners of a standard CVS! I gotta give due props to one of the employees up in there though. Dude named Wil was very helpful in assisting me with finding a few items i was looking for. He didnt just point towards an aisle and say "over there", he took the time to walk over to the aisle and make sure i found exactly what it was that i was looking for. Now thats not ya average CVS experience! So, thanks again Wil, you are an asset to the corporation, i can only hope they recognize and compensate you fairly!

I was without a nail clipper and decided to come here to buy one. My choices were a $9 nail clipper or a $2 one. Of course I bought the cheaper one...the one I have at home was 99 cents and works like a charm!! Well, now I got nails that are catching on sweaters and the like! Stupid Revlon brand nail clippers. But I digress, the store was like any other drug store, didn't have a problem here, and the staff was friendly!
