One of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. Mike and the rest of the coaches are so welcoming and approachable. The coaching is amazing especially the warm ups were very thorough.

I did a week long drop in while I was visiting friends in town. I can't say enough nice things about the coaches and members at this gym. Everyone made me feel welcome and the coaches were attentive to my need for modifications. I was a fantastic experience, I only wish it were more convenient for me visit regularly.

I have been here for almost 2 weeks now and I should say I really enjoyed it. All the coaches I worked with are amazing, always cheering and pushing you forward. I'm excited about this journey going forward and happy to be here. I look forward for this class every morning.

They are poor neighbors to the city. The extremely loud music blaring at all times of the night is inconsiderate at best. March 26, 2021 @ 10:56pm is outrageous! Police have been there multiple times!
