My experience with CubeSmart is that the check in process is painless and easy although they ‘force’ you to buy their insurance. They also tends to raise rates multiple times in a given year . They do have clean well ventilated, well lighted facilities.

Really excellent service from the Fair Street Cube Smart crew. Front start to finish, clear, easy and when I ran into a snag Roberta made sure that I was reimbursed. Highly recommend.

The CubeSmart in Wilton Connecticut has been absolutely wonderful. The people who work in this office have always been accommodating answered any questions that I have and have been solution-oriented with my need for storage.
I know that my need for storage is only temporary and it's going to be sad that when I leave I'm not going to be able to see the people who work here because they've become part of my life.
I recommend this location to anyone who's looking to store items, it has always been clean feels safe parking has been fruitful and I don't ever feel like I have to worry about my items being at this location.

The unit was very clean, safe and easy to access. Staff has always been available to address questions. I only though rent increases were somewhat steep, although that has been the general trend with rents.
